You can take it into service and they'll move the charger around. I had the same issue and in my case the charger was not aligned correctly. In my case my Pixel could charge but wife's iPhone 14 wouldn't.

Lucid sells one that is long enough to go all around. I use the one that comes with my Jumper starter and I just carry it around to all 4 tires.
