There are quite a few AGT for sale with low miles for around $110K on Autotrader. Those are a real bargain, I think. But no doubt the presence of so many used low mile cars is driving down demand for new ones. Lucid needs to get the new AGT prices down around $120K, not $150K.

For those hesitating to buy a Lucid, I would say go for it. I was very hesitant, but extremely happy now after I bought. It's a fantastic car to drive.

I have no idea why I had the exact opposite experience. It seems arbitrary to me. Not refunding a deposit on a delayed order seems small minded to me - it does not seem appropriate for a customer willing to buy two $100K+ vehicles.

I did test this. I deleted the phone as a key (since my phone is always in my pocket) and then verified the key fob still wakes up the car and starts playing music anytime I am within 40 feet or so of the car. I noticed my music (bluetooth from my iphone) starts playing when I unlock the car - or worse, when I merely walk near the car while going into the garage. The ideal solution would be for the music to automatically start as it does now, but ONLY after putting the car in Reverse or Drive.

I have only had the car for a week now and love it. One of many things that I'm impressed with is the very good turning radius. For such a large car, it turns quite sharply. This is very useful for parking and making U-Turns. The Air has suprisingly agile handling!

Yes, I want to disable proximity sensing at least while home. I would be happy to turn it off completely, not even Geo-fence based. It's easy enough to unlock the car with a quick press on the key fob. Thanks for the responses.

I'll try that - I assumed the phone would do the same thing as the fob but have not tested that. Thanks! I think older versions of the software did support turning off Key Detection, but the feature appears to be missing now.
