So for Lucid's level 2, 240 volt home charger, they advertise charging speed up to 80 miles an hour. That implies I would bet optimum temperature (70 degrees?) and going the full 80 Amp capacity. For the touring I am hopefully getting soon, they (Lucid) advertise charging speed up to 200 miles...

What we all are hoping to see is a slow steady decline in incidence. I think that is happening . As the touring and pures are soon delivered, we can see if these new releases have fewer issues. Obviously, we can only infer actual rates from owners posting in forums and other social media accounts.

We need real photos of production metal roof....inside and out Probably from Pure owners first as the are now ahead of touring metal folks

Hopefully soon we will know weight difference between two roofs. I'm guessing 175 pounds. Head room differences as well as sun visor attachments also something to nerd out over.

Does anybody now know the weight difference between touring with metal vs glass roof? Will impact range and handling some.

So DTA, on that printed confirmation, what date is on it? I have a 4 page confirmation/contract, but it shows my August 12 date, not my November 1. I probably am over thinking it, but nothing shows that Nov 1 confirmation other than the e mail, which is probably good enough.

So I had Q merit endorsed electrician here yesterday and as I feared, I need a new buried line from telephone poles, new meter (I learned I "own" my meter attached to outside of house, and its old) new or additional junction box and then the 100 amp circuitry to my anticipated Lucid home...

So I was just checking my order on the Lucid Web site.....I confirmed/finalized my design November 1st and received confirmation via e mail of this from Lucid. A HQ service advisor emailed the following day, stating a DA will soon contact me. That has not happened, but I think I am a tad away...

So it looks like you can set up the charger to deliver anywhere from 40 to 100 Amps. Why would you not use 100? If you were charging another vehicle with lucid charger, would it damage it at 100 amps

I think something changed. On the online configurator, when one selects solid roof the platinum trim goes away. The roof becomes one solid color. I liked the platinum contrast with the the QG and red especially. Is this how solid roofs shall be?
