nice how is 20 inch wheel drive? I've seen too many 19 inches Pirelli wheels being popped on this thread and am worried. I live in the south and I really don't need all-weather tires.

Truly though... am I the only one that thinks that Lucid will probably offer the same discount on Pures as well?

It will be very interesting now to see if they will add Pures on this discount. I was told by my DA that I may get my fully loaded Pure by March. If they don't offer the same discount on Pures... I would rather upgrade my order to Touring.

I received an email today about this as well. Lucid is planned to produce my build around the 3rd week of this month and estimated delivery in 3-4 weeks after the production!

Most new cars comes with its capability of connecting to the network (just like your phones). I know Toyotas have been able to do this for a quiet long time now. It can create its own Wifi network.

One other thing that fooled me was the material for center console slides. I thought they would be changed to wood when I upgraded the interior option just like the design application on the website.

When I get my Pure, I'm def gonna try to switch all the interior lighting to white LEDs. Thanks for the photo! Would be awesome if you could share some exterior photos as well! Again, congrats!

As a engineer in car manufacturing industry, I can say that they could just use it to drive around the plant or give lease to employees. However, I'm more certain that they may just scrap it and crush it. Car manufacturing OEMs do not care of scraping some cars at all.

True. I wasn't going to make my decision solely on tax credit. I know I want this car really bad 😂😂 just got tired of waiting. My delivery location is TX actually. So my location really shouldn't matter. Thanks for your input!

I spoke with my DA through scheduled meeting. I won't be getting my Jenkin's build Pure by EOY 2022... He said they haven't fully started production for Pures, yet. Even if I get a VIN this week, won't make it to EOY...

I've been reading... since my pure won't make it to me by eoy... Now I'm seeing some saying that 2022 eoy delivery is not necessary for the $7,500 tax credit? Does anyone have an update on this? I mean... I'm planning to get the car regardless of the tax credit, but it would be nice.

I haven't received any notice either. Looking at Touring thread, a lot of black exterior Lucid Airs are getting delivered with VIN this week. And Bear's Workshop flyover videos from last week showed a lot of black airs. It seems like we could potentially estimate our delivery based on the...

My wheel change from 20" to 19" was finalized over the weekend and won't affect the delivery timing. I really hope that we all get our VIN for our Pure this week!
