Received an email last night that my Touring shipped from the factory and would be headed straight to Tysons for PDI at the new service center. Should arrive by Friday and I hope to pick it up next Friday. Not much longer now!

The new service center is amazing! I also was able to talk with Marvin and get all my PA taking care of. It should ship to Chicago this week and fingers crossed to have in about 2 weeks.

They are opening a new studio along with the one inside the mall. The new location from what I was told will also be a service center and take over doing deliveries as well.

Same here but in VA. Radio silence for the last 5 days.

When has everyone taken deliver of their Air once they have gotten the VIN? I received mine on 2/17 and was crossing my fingers I would get it before heading out of the country in 3/9. I'm in MD by the way. I know it goes to Chicago for PDI first then to VA.
