I don’t use Spotify, but is it based on cell service? You showed having no cell service, so my assumption is that played a part in your issue. Also why not call customer service with this issue before going to the extreme of Factory Reset? It doesn’t cost anything and they are there to help...

I have noticed much less regen between 70-80% now with.33 installed thus requiring more braking than ever. After I get below ~70%, the regen returns to normal. However, it doesn’t pass the sniff check, but my miles per kWh has increased with this new update. Not sure what to think about that...

Good to hear. I’ll be testing again tomorrow so we will see if it does it. I start from home at 15 minutes to charger and the behavior prior to the update was precondition right away. Maybe I messed up when I selected it.

Today was my first navigation to an EA charging station on the .33 and the automatic preconditioning didn’t start. Anyone else see this issue? I’ll be trying again Monday morning to top off before a long trip.

How about regen settings? is it set to low or high? Long press the smooth setting and then put regen on high. I only get 2mi/kWh when I’m driving like Max Verstappen, which is often!
