How is creep mode supposed to work?

I agree. With my Tesla, once I got below 5 mph (or thereabouts) the regen would cut out and I can roll up to a stop light/sign, or into a parking spot. Now, with the Lucid, I am finding that while it is truly one-pedal driving all the way to a complete stop, it creates herky-jerky movements...

Week 3 of ownership and going through first service call

I am dealing with them now on a windshield replacement. When I call, they seem very responsive. However, it’s when I call. They are not as good when it comes to following up. They were going to send out a mobile repair for some other more minor issues but it seems they are quite limited in...

An Owee That Hurts Me More Than My Lucid

@hydbob I know you are a huge fan of the 360 camera. On my AGT I have a ”dead zone” of a couple of feet in front and in back of the car on the 360 display. Is yours that accurate that you can see all the way to your bumpers? Curious if I have an issue.

An Owee That Hurts Me More Than My Lucid

My previous car had a really low chin so would often just back into spots to avoid the possibility of clipping the splitter, going at an angle on any inclines/declines, etc. The few times I have rolled the AGT up close to a parking bumper, I have not had any issues with clearance, though still...

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

It seems as though they didn’t have any taller designers/engineers/testers when developing the car as these issues would have been readily apparent. Still holding out hope they can do something to resolve the vision issue with an anti-reflective coating/film of some sort. Don’t know how much...

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

I see what you are referring to @PolarAir. It is similar to what @Thinjake is showing in his photo. Take what you are seeing in the controlled studio environment and multiply it when you are out on the road with lots of streetlights, headlights, store signs, etc. Ghosting effect is...

Stated 200 on the PA, but actual miles, 19 for me at delivery.

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

I heard back from Zak Edson, VP Sales and Service and was told the engineering team is looking into what can be done to minimize the effect. Also got a call from Lucid Riviera Beach that they have the new windshield on order and just waiting for delivery. Fingers crossed that we can get some...

    Portable tire inflator

Guess I should check mine as well. Not sure what model I have. Glad to follow this thread as I would have been SOL if the cord wouldn't reach where needed.

    Portable tire inflator

Didn't get one in Florida. I guess it is not required.

Ordering and Delivery: Lucid Air Grand Touring

Got for it! There is little to no downside if it matches your spec. Its a brand new car with all of the warranties. Inventory models are often the result of people canceling the orders after they went into production. Good luck!

    Portable tire inflator

That's the one I have, held over from my Model S. Have not used it yet, thankfully, so can't comment on its effectiveness. I have a compressor in the garage that takes care of routine pressure maintenance.

Anybody concerned with Lucid’s Financial Health

I felt Lucid was an attractive target for Apple. They really want to build their car but no established auto maker wants to give up all rights just to have someone else’s car move down their assembly line. Lucid checks all the boxes, with the exception of the very deep pockets of Saudi...

New Lucid paid for, was promised delivery but no communication from Lucid

As others have said, this is not a Lucid problem, but a worldwide problem. Sad as it is. I ordered a plug-in hybrid BMW X5 for my wife back in September and was told we would have it in November. I just got a call from our sales rep that they are having issues sourcing some of the options so...

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

Since you obviously have no horse in this race I am trying to figure out why you feel your fanboy input is at all relevant? Don't play me stupid. For your reference, no one at Lucid has responded to my and @windscar911 emails asking for a dialogue.

New Lucid paid for, was promised delivery but no communication from Lucid

In hindsight you are absolutely correct. Payment was requested days before I even saw the purchase agreement. Only thing I had to go on was what the person at the other end of the telephone was telling me. She even had to tell me what the final tally was for the wire. Given that I was almost...

Just Curious - XPEL PPF and EA app

I am having my car done at Exquisite Detail/Autorama down in Boynton Beach but they do Suntek, which I am told has a higher level of clarity vs Xpel. Auto Supershield down in Boca I believe does XPel. They did the tint on my Tesla with Photosync and did a great job.

New Lucid paid for, was promised delivery but no communication from Lucid

I was told by the rep out of what I assume was Fremont that they strongly suggested making payment as soon as possible, by wire or ACH, once my car landed on their screen as approaching the end of assembly. She went as far as to say that without payment, delivery may be delayed. My DA...
