It’s a good opportunity to meet other owners and talk about the car and get any questions answered. You’ll also be able to talk to Frank, the mobile tech that covers SD along with two other Lucid employees. I encourage you to come.
Yikes! No hidden agenda with you…it’s out in the open. Where is there a comparison? He doesn’t mention Lucid anywhere. He only talks about the Taycan. The same with @Steveinarizona and @Lucken giving glowing reviews of their gv60 and i4. The mods don’t step in since there is no “my car has...
There are many posts comparing Tesla to lucid. Here’s one of many: https://lucidowners.com/threads/lucid-vs-tesla.3895/
Quick summary - lucid is much quieter and has a more compliant ride.
Never heard of a tow truck driver willing to sit there for an hour to troubleshoot problems rather than hooking up asap. Agree lucid needs to look at the car. Multiple resets didn’t clear the problems. Good luck.
If you know you didn’t install 2.0.36, have them push that to you. As someone posted, your display might still show 35 even though you installed 36 as mine does. You can ask CC to confirm your release level if you’re not sure.

Your current insurance. Your new car is automatically covered by your current insurance (depending on state, for 7 to 30 days). This coverage is automatic and can't be denied. My current insurance company sent the policy to underwriting due to the cost of the car and they said that even if...
I don’t think this is too frequent assuming you meant every 2 weeks. One of the YouTubers that specializes on Tesla showed the results from an app that tracked charging and found that “frequent” supercharging did not impact battery degradation in a meaningful way
No consumer likes the current system and no one here is defending the current system. Not only can manufacturers choose between two tests, there are "adjustment" factors that can be applied (and Tesla takes full advantage of them).
There's the range that minimizes the need to charge to get to...
I'm not a fan of the 67 but the route on the 78/79 takes you into the mountains and is pretty nice. Julian pie company's apple pie is famous down here and it's actually pretty good (getting it fresh at one of their 2 stores is better than buying at the supermarket). There are also a couple of...
Technically incorrect. What they state is your car will remain OTA compatible for 4 years guaranteed. Your hardware might remain compatible for 6. But like Tesla, may require a cpu upgrade at some point. I had to replace my iPad because Apple won't update the OS any longer. Same concept...
Tesla formed in 2003. MS introduced 2012. First full year profit 2020 but only because carbon credits sold to ICE manufacturers took them over the top ($1.5B in credits, $720M in net income). 2021 was first year they turned a profit strictly on car sales. It'll be interesting to watch how...
