My USAA premium went to 2200 for Lucid and 1050 for Tesla with no accidents and 48 yrs with them. Also moved to $1000 deductible. I called them and got the same song and dance about inflation and major claims over the last few years. I get it but at 81 years old, I am getting tired of it...

I had to disable the feature because it activated every 3 or 4 seconds continuously. Service informed me that it is a known issue and to disable it. I would assume a fix is coming because why have a feature that does not work. Like FSD on the Tesla???

I agree it is a personal preference, but then again, I have an Android phone too.

Thanks DeaneG....now all I need is it relocated so it can see me when steering wheel in my driving position. Of course, I still want AA and Dashcam/Sentry Mode, auto speed control when speed limit sign changes, etc, etc, etc. Christmas is coming, right????

I just ordered a new EZGo golf cart and it comes with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. I guess Textron has more clout than Lucid. I was totally surprised but the newer golf carts have lots of features now. I only wish it could hit my 60 degree wedge for me!!!!

Oh Deane....going over to the dark side. OK, the iPhone is a great phone but my Galaxy S23 is pretty cool also...just does not open the Lucid as fast as my spouse's iPhone. Of course, her primary driver is a Tesla so there you have the paradox.

There are two Lucid Air GT vehicles being advertised in Tucson for less than $100k. One has less than 3k miles and the other has around 7800 I believe. Hard to believe someone dumping a great car so cheap. Thought about asking if they would be willing to take my spouse's Tesla in trade and...

Had same issue while charging in Marana, AZ this summer. It was 114 degrees at the charging station. Camera corrected itself after charging and driving a few miles. I would assume this will not be an issue while driving otherwise it will be a major issue in AZ or other hot areas.

Not sure how they do it now, but when my GT was delivered last November, they offered to fly my wife and I to Scottsdale from Tucson to pick it up. I opted for the trailer delivery which was excellent. Could not see flying such a short distance.
