I can confirm that they are contracted and the two techs were at Lucid in CA for three weeks of training. Yes, they are very knowledgeable and responsive. However, I had nightmare issues with their service in house, not mobile which has been fantastic.

When Lucid broke my windshield and frunk during service, the cantrails/trim at the bottom of the A pillars were also damaged. Those were replaced. But, now that you mention it the alignment of the vertical rear silver trim is no longer aligned. I will take a picture and post is shortly to see...

Spot on. If you have a chance, listen to "Kites" by Submotion Orchestra (it gets into the bass 1/3 of the way in), it is not Dolby ATMOS. My lucid buzzes on certain bass frequencies on a number of tracks, regardless of the volume.

I think 2.0.13 is just the commitment meet 2.0.xx for ALL the owners. It really doesn’t do anything UI or functional to the users. Maybe something useful behind the scenes for Lucid engineers/developers. Or just a cruel joke from Lucid.

Yeah, I just jumped from 1.2.21 to 2.0.13, which was a 5 minute install. This maybe a clever way for lucid to roll out 2.0.xx to everyone, technically without 2.0.13 doing anything for the nonbeta testers.

Last update. The update was finally received (1.2.21) yesterday and successfully installed. From what I understand, they had to clear an update that was not complete in order to have the car accept the new update.

Received a call from both the customer care and service manager yesterday evening. They both have said that the issue is still with the software engineering team. So far on their end, the push keeps failing for my car. I may end up being the last person with 2.0x.
