I got the Weather Tech trim to fit flour mats for Christmas as a pre-Lucid arrival present. They have been sitting in my office for the last 6 weeks waiting for my Touring to arrive. Just tore open the plastic wrapping and they have no smell at all that I can detect.

Wow... I suspect you are about to have a bunch of disgruntled responses. I've only been waiting 9 months but some people have been waiting 2 years to get builds very similar to yours. Don’t get me wrong, I'm happy for you but it sure is a bit frustrating for those of us waiting.

For me, the primary reason for buying a new 2023 rather than a “used” 2022 is the fear that I am buying a lemon that the previous owner is trying to dump because they got unlucky and have had a lot of troubles with it.

I assume Lucid must be recovering from the end if year rush but has anyone heard anything from DAs or received a VIN this week? Lots of us are still waiting for our cars and it seems pretty quiet...

Thanks for the clarification. I guess my point was just that having the Upload Insurance button active doesn't mean delivery is imminent if you don't have a Vin.
