He plugged into the car and reset something via his laptop. I would suggest calling customer care and set up mobile visit. It took minutes. I think others noticed it was fixed with the latest update but if you are on latest update and still have issue will need service visit.

No problem. Another owner recommended it a number of months ago. I had it installed when I did my PPF but looks pretty simple to do yourself and inexpensive as well.

Service tech mentioned to me to periodically feather the brakes on the highway to prevent rust build up. I try to do this once a week. Not sure if it will help but figured can’t hurt .

I have driven about 75 miles since updating to 2.0.12 and haven't been able to activate Highway Assist. Only see ACC. Tried holding down the ACC button while on the highway but no option for highway assist. Anything I am doing wrong?

Did you have PPF applied to the car? If they covered the sensors with the PPF and didn't cut out holes for them, you will get an error.
