Ok, I’m wouldn’t be surprised that you’re right, but what if there were not cars present at all - isn’t the idea that self parking cars are able to find a space using some means of identification - certainly curbs but why not painted lines?

One thing I just noticed is that when I park the Lucid at an angle the front sensors are measuring from the center of the bumper so the warning about how many inches away you are is not accurate - the corner of the front that is coming in first will hit before the front sensors tell you to stop...

So you’re supposed to wait until the car is moving to choose perpendicular or parallel? That sounds a little dicey! As they used to say in the newsroom: “get me rewrite”!

Interesting idea, though…when I had my Tesla I was told that if I painted white lines it might recognize them for auto park. Never tried it but maybe the Lucid would recognize them?

Fair enough, but initial promotions of features of a car that hasn’t been released were followed by lots of information about what was still in development when it was released. A bit of due diligence would find that out easily. Quite different than the promises of Tesla FSD.

I think the clock on mine was originally set up on another time zone, and got stuck there. Two clicks and it was fixed with no problem since.

This happened to my car when I first got it - kept going into “California dreaming” mode switching to PST time even though I had auto time zone set and am in CST. Asked Service & got the simple fix: under settings, look for display. It should say “set automatic to time zone”. First turn that...

All the reporting you and others have done seems to have obviously been heard. To also reiterate, this forum is the best free feedback focus group any corporation could hope for. Good to see it’s paying off, in both directions.

I'm also a bit disappointed in the Tidal / Spotify connection, and intrigued by your comment about it may not be connectivity bandwidth...this seems to make more sense given the streaming over bluetooth. Not familiar with the Astell & Kern products - are you running a portable player or wireless...
