    Range Questions after first trip

Maybe a dumb question. Is this 2.2 since last charge or is it a trip reset m/kWh?

    How often do you reboot?

I’ve had my car since Sept 2022 and have rebooted less than 10 times.

    Range Questions after first trip

I wholeheartedly agree. It’s occasionally fun to try and max out efficiency and it’s also fun to not give a shit about efficiency. 😉

    Range Questions after first trip

While a 50 to 60% variance seems unusual, there have been numerous occasions in the dead of winter here where I have only achieved 50% of my maximum m/kWh on my 2022 GT. These very low efficiency numbers generally happen when it’s extremely cold. That being said, for most of the winter I...

What is a reasonable winter range expectation for my new Touring?

My experience with my GT with 19 inch wheels, in very cold temperatures ( below 10 degrees ) is sometimes discouraging and I have lost 40 to close to 50 % range in the worst conditions. I take solace in the fact that winter is temporary and better efficiency will return. So far this winter ( an...

Insurance premium is getting out of control

I had the same experience with Geico; they have been fantastic .

    Beyond the honeymoon

I hear you ;💯. I literally get nauseated and worry I am going to drive the thing into a ditch or embankment!. I do enjoy the bragging rights; however.

    Beyond the honeymoon

I personally do not like the feeling of head snapping acceleration anymore. I did it several times the first year I got the car but now, like you, I most enjoy the genuinely relaxing feeling of just driving the car in a mundane fashion.😉

Clicking sound from under the car in cold weather

If I recall ( but I may be mistaken) it was done near Fairbanks Alaska.

Clicking sound from under the car in cold weather

This car kicks ass in the snow!!!

Clicking sound from under the car in cold weather

I’ve had this clicking issue/noise since I have owned the car ; this will be my third winter with the vehicle. As has been previously discussed, it is the result of the louvers or vents opening and closing, and perhaps there is some ice buildup, impeding proper motion. From my personal...

Post your mi/kWh efficiency in inclement weather

Those are pretty brutal numbers! We had a period 2 winters ago when it didn’t get above zero for over a week and I averaged around 2.2-2.4 during that time frame. That’s the lowest I have experienced. Over the whole winter I was in the upper 2s. I am going to reset now and see what happens...

    Issues with my car

I personally have never experienced any of the complaints stipulated above with any regularity. That being said, I don’t care about many of the things the OP went on about. As far as range, like others, I have achieved 500 miles in ideal conditions and many studies have shown that Teslas have...

    UX 2.5 OTA Update

The non-Atmos SSP sounds pretty darn good. It’s just a subset of Atmos songs that are a bit off. I have been listening to the audio every day and while there are things I am not thrilled with, there are other listening experiences that are great, I suspect Lucid will correct any issue in due...

    UX 2.5 OTA Update

You really shouldn’t skip updates because that may impede your ability to receive future updates. Lucid is good at taking feedback and they will fix any nagging issues.

    UX 2.5 OTA Update

Pre 2.5, Atmos was as close to true audiophile quality as possible, in my opinion. In a car system, I don’t see how it could get much better. I think most non Atmos tracks sound good with 2.5 but I do have to turn the bass and volume on occasional. They just need to modify that center speaker...

    Range Questions after first trip

My 2022 GT gets around 2.8-3.3 m/kWh in the cold ( around 10-30 degrees). When it’s really cold ( down to minus 30 ) it’s worse, sometimes down to 2.4. All that being said, in normal winter temps I can go-around 300 miles on a full charge, which is pretty darn good. No complaints here.

    Range Questions after first trip

I don’t know if this would be considered normal driving but I have achieved 500 miles of range on my 22 GT, but I admit it it’s a rarity. The two times I achieved this milestone , I drove between 55 and 65 mph with temperatures in the 65 to 75° range. These are all mountain highways that have...
