Preview from PPF Shop of Partial Black Out

Here is the final product. I left the mirrors as an accent piece. I though the roof rails were a little too much but I wanted to leave just enough chrome/silver so they stand out a little.

Just got mine back from PPF shop. Got full body Xpel PPF plus full bod XPel Fusion Ceramic. Also had them install XPel gloss black on Lucid name plate on nose and roof rails. I think it came out awesome! I particularly like how the nameplate came out! What say you? (I'll try to take some...

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

It may be me, but I don't believe this is what others were talking about. What you're showing here is the reflection of the dash and stitching. What Me, and some others, are referring to is this: See how the headlights are showing up multiple times ABOVE the actual headlights? If I were...

Preview from PPF Shop of Partial Black Out

My car is at shop for full body XPel PPF and Ceramic. Standard except I had them use the Gloss Black wrap for the name plate and the roof pillars/cantrails. I get to pick it up tomorrow AM. They just sent me these photos to make my mouth drool!

    Interesting Navigation Failure

THIS! This happened to me on an RV trip around the southwest. I forget which leg it was, but the apple map took us on a mountainous, one lane, "gravel" aka dirt road with a 29' RV. I swore we were all going to die!

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

Re: double vision windshield.....they are picking my car up Monday for a variety of reasons. They mentioned they are going to look at the windshield and probably replace it. I'll let everyone know what they find and if they replace.

New Lucid paid for, was promised delivery but no communication from Lucid

But THIS is the exact problem! Mini has been producing cars SINCE 1959!!!! Lucid has been producing cars for.....12 MONTHS! DURING a regional war affecting supplies AND following a global pandemic! Give em a break.

Ordering and Delivery: Lucid Air Grand Touring

Mine is in for PPF right now. I am having the roof blacked out and the name plate up front. I am leaving the mirrors and all other chrome/silver alone. These next 8 days will be the longest of my life! LOL

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

I'm 6'4" and I already have the seat all the way down.....and it's right in the middle of my normal vision. That being said, it's not THAT bad. If they said I had to live with it or get rid of car.....I'd definitely live with it. It's more a minor annoyance to me than a danger issue.

Song Recommendations to get the best out of the Air sound system!

You can move the slider around, but the sound does not change. So, I don't believe it does.

Song Recommendations to get the best out of the Air sound system!

I find the audio sounds very nice! But I feel the volume is low and the bass is very low. I even tried to +6, 0 +2 referred to earlier. If I want to jam out, I have to put the volume to 9.5 out of 10. In every other car I had, if I went to 7, it would be ear-splitting.

    Auto Park Feature

I’ve used this feature twice… Once for parallel, and once perpendicular. Both times it worked flawlessly, but it still scared me. It does tend to be a little jerky and it gets very close to the other cars. I was 99% of the way to pressing the brake pedal when it stopped itself.
