For me service is stellar. I can't speak more highly of James and Ryan here in the Midwest/west Phenomenal. If I need anything I just call them directly. They're the definition of luxury service in my opinion. But I don't know how other techs are in the other states.

People do not despair! I had major frunk problems since delivery. It took 2 times at service center and then a whole new frunk latch system... Never had issues with the frunk again it's been over a year and it's been amazing. So keep pushing for the repair and it'll be taken care of
