Still a local 3 min buffer would mean you are listening 3 min behind the satellite feed which is at times annoying for news, business and sports. The buffer should be dynamic based upon cellular connectivity conditions.

I am 12,800 in and zero issues. Have never been back to the Scottsdale delivery center since I drove off with my new Air GT. Not saying this to gloat on those having issues, but just trying to provide balance and perspective. I hope that Lucid fixes any issues quickly and to the owners satisfaction.

Solid batteries are no where near ready for use in EVs. BMW has invested in $SLDP. I also own shares in them. Probably 10 years or more before usable in EVs.

As the article says... "Show, don't tell." BMW lags behind Lucid and Tesla. I expect that they will stay there.

Perhaps there are differences. I have never had any serious camera issue. Just sometimes comes up more slowly than I would like. But I have not experienced the issues described.
