Thanks for the insight! I'm in talks with an installer too and they also recommend PPF over wrap for the same reason as well as increased lifespan of wrap. I'm currently divided between doing either a satin black roof or a gloss black roof. Did you do a gloss black roof?

I've had the same problem along with my own laundry list of items, but it took so long for service to get to my car (over 2 months) that I learned most of the items on my list was related to software issues and many of them fixed themselves by the time my appointment finally came

the problem with the glass canopy for me is that the sunvisors cuts off the effect of the continuous glass and establishes a roof line. sometimes I drive with the sunvisors tucked into the pillar in order to fully appreciate the glass canopy

Both metal roof and glass ganopy are pretty quiet, but metal roof is a bit more quiet. Acoustics is definitely better with the metal roof though.

I've lived with a metal roof Pure and a glass canopy GT. I'm happier with the metal roof. There is a huge difference especially with the sun/heat objectively. If I was to redo my Air order, I would've went for a Touring with metal roof.

Since the 2.0.52 update mid Feb, I've been experiencing this issue too. Prior to 2.0.52, it hadn't been an issue and I was able to drive and use HA in light and heavy rain. It's a known software issue

I don't understand the complaints over the cupholders. They are a snug fit but I haven't had any issues fitting drinks in my Pure's cupholders. The Lucid water bottle that came complimentary fits perfectly.

for davidliu's case, tire rupture and wheel damage from running over a pothole, collision insurance should cover it. for nails, sidewall bubbles, flat tires, etc regular insurance does not cover. that's what road hazard insurance covers
