Woohoo! I just got a call from Joey in Rocklin who said my car is completed and will be shipped to Rocklin this weekend. He also said that he will take over from my D.A. as my contact person. Works for me. :)
I just spoke to her again…No news whatsoever on when car will be ready to ship. When I pressed her on why the delay, she talked vaguely about Lucid ramping up production. She also said that my signed contract (which I need for my Credit Union to proceed and had been promised to arrive by...
Not happy…on 12/9, my D.A. told me “Your car should be shipped to Rocklin early next week”. She just now told me that it is still “in the final stages of production and should be shipped either next week or the last week of the year.” :(
I have a Touring in production and have concerns about parking in my tight garage. My Model S does a flawless job of measuring both the front and side distances to any objects. How well does your Lucid measure side distances?
My DA has zero new info on my production status/VIN but she explained that the 1 K price difference did not include the deposit. She still thinks I have a good chance of taking delivery before EOY.
My loan button appeared late last night -fully loaded Zenith Red/Santa Cruz. However, the price in the loan application (including fees) is almost one K more than my contract. I’ll be asking about that When I call my advisor this morning.
As someone eagerly awaiting a Touring, this thread is encouraging. I would love to see real world stats on what percentage of Lucid owners have serious problems with their cars.
I live in EDH and have a Touring on order. I’ve been using Moro Auto Detailing in Folsom for my Tesla for the last five years or so and have been quite satisfied. i have Ceramic only. However, I am still interested any other recommended detailers in the area.
