Oh, by the way, the damage doesn't look obvious even if you see it close to the car. I used a flashlight when I took the photos. I can see the buckle with sudden angle and lighting.

Yes, I did, and it came out pretty similar. I made a service appointment, but not much hope that They will cover tough.

I found a photo when I pick up the vehicle. The line where the reflection cut matches the buckle location. I wish I have a better photo at that time. What do you think?

What do you suggest? keep this unit or return and wait for gen 2?

I tried two different iPhones and connected to the power bank. usb-c still not working but usb-A is working now.

I have tried both USB-C and USB-A and also tried different chargers, too.

I received the charger, but it is not working. o_O It works for about 102 seconds if I wiggle the USB connector side. Does anyone have the same problem?

I found this thread yesterday and ordered the MagSafe charger right away. TWRAPS emailed me a tracking number this morning already. I hate the Lucid OEM wireless charger, and couldn't wait for the TWRAPS charger.

The damages are not that noticeable in normal daylight. Also, the quarter jamb seems like pushed in. It is very strange buckles.

I haven’t noticed until yesterday. It doesn’t very noticeable without reflection.

My AT delivered on 3/31.2023. I noticed buckles on the top of right rear quarter panel, and thought someone punched or kicked the panel. However, I couldn’t find the impact point from the out side. What do you guys think? Any chance from the manufacturing process?

Update, I finally picked up my car and the window regulator has been repaired under warranty. There was a different SA and she apologized for misleading communication. She told me it should be under warranty if they cannot prove modification causes malfunction. Anyway, it is a happy ending.:)

Let me ask the tint shop tomorrow. However, removing door trim panel is not related to damage a window regulator.

Those cable damages are rarely caused by tinting. those are typical window regulator failures. (I am a trained auto tech and own a Tesla Certified Collision Center)

I haven't checked before the tint since it is the one of the rear door glass, the window was working fine a day after tinting. Later it doesn't roll down fully and a couple of days later it stopped working completely.
