I had the same issue with my DA. So yesterday, I called my SA and asked her to change my DA. So now I have a new DA who is very responsive.

Finally received email from DA with VIN. Zenith Red and Santa Cruz configuration.

I have the same configuration, waiting for a call/email from my DA with a VIN.

I see the loan button today as well. Fully loaded Zenith Red and Santa Cruz configuration. Keeping fingers crossed.

Yes. Reservation was on 10/22/2021 and confirmed design/order on 11/02/22
