    Gravity Orders Discussion

Their stock seems appropriately priced given their cash on hand and actual ability to generate cash flow from sales at this point in the company's life cycle.

    Gravity Orders Discussion

I had the same thoughts taking the Lincoln Navigator limo service back from the airport. It's also a $95-110K 3 row SUV vehicle once spec'd like a Gravity, except worst in just about everyway. The interior materials look 'nice/premium' but up close they are not.

    Range Questions after first trip

The Touring's max charge rate is 250KW under ideal conditions and pre-conditioned at low SOC. So 200KW is pretty normal.

    Gravity Orders Discussion

Yes. I am having a healthy debate over new Touring vs used GT, but my Air lease isn't up for another 10 months. I don't think that timing works out well for either versions...

    Lucid partnering with Jaguar?

I agree, but Jaguar probably desperately needs their tech to make this product viable. They are VERY late to the party. This will be copied by the Chinese in 6 months too...

2024 vs 2025 lucid grand touring

Yes, and mostly to compensate for the stricter EPA testing which would have reduced the 2025 range.

Well I heard on the latest OoS Podcast that journalists will be getting drive access for first drives in a couple days....

How is the Press Responding to the opening of Gravity Orders?

True, but plenty of similar vaugaries... "US-bound examples of the 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 9 will begin production at the automaker's Georgia plant in the first half of 2025. Either way, Hyundai is holding final pricing and detailed specs until a time closer to the on sale date. WIth similar tech...

How is the Press Responding to the opening of Gravity Orders?

Peter said they did an early raise to guarantee runway into 2026 and mid-size unveiling. Stock prices don't actually represent companies' fundamentals, I know that is a theory, but reality is different. TSLA is up like 60% from Trump's election and they have like single digit growth.

How is the Press Responding to the opening of Gravity Orders?

Yes that new Hyundai Ioniq 9 is taking all the media attention and its a 2026 with 2 years out....

OK We Got V2V charging...any plans for V2L?

Honestly I hope they implement it like Tesla did with the Cybertruck, just use the EVSE and one additional box next to the breaker. I can't get anyone in my area to install such a system however, they are not common enough yet to have contractors support it...

    Gravity Orders Discussion

This sounds pretty much like all the current Lucid marketing about technology and etc.,...Seems to have worked out for Tesla in the long run, their product worked brilliantly with little conventional marketing, the word of mouth effect was substantial. Much more crowded market these days on top...

The I-90 Surge by Out of Spec Studios

They had the ICE Acura in the race, so really that was the goal, see how far EVs have come from the 2013 Tesla Model S and see how well they match up to the Gasoline infrastructure.

The I-90 Surge by Out of Spec Studios

Not sure, I will hold my judgement until Out of Spec gets a 2025 to do a 10% challenge, I bet it's easily able to do 120 miles.

The I-90 Surge by Out of Spec Studios

Just watched all the details, still have to give the team kudos for staying with it and completing the race. After all that discussion now I think its the somewhat hot take $50K question... Since you didn't really need the full pack and the power of the GT, I wonder if the Pure RWD might have...

    Let's play armchair CMO

He stated they wanted to be mass market but premium, he said 1MM unit in the early next decade, so really its heading towards BMW to have the combination of luxury, sporty driving and price and profitability... With my Air the first impressions from random people who have no idea what Lucid and...

PIF charmain and Musk w/ Trump

Exactly, it's a $930B PORTFOLIO of many different things that is diversified. LCID is like a 1.5% holding for them and managed quite prudently in that respect from an overall portfolio. Although blackrock did some semi-shady trimming in Q3 presumably before the dilution...
