This is purely speculative, but I have a hunch there are relevant hardware differences between the audio systems in early build years and more recent 2023 or 2024(?) and up models that convey different issues. Noticing this theme in a few audio related threads.

I received the email that states free charging ends 5 February, but my order info in the financial documents shows that I have the EA promotion. Delivery date was 31 March 2024. Any way to fix this?

I have it too - '24 Touring. First time I noticed it was after the latest update. It's audible over lower volume music or normal conversation. The noise cycles on and off in mine.
