Yep, that's the problem. And not to pull the "but Tesla" card, my old model S had the radial on the instrument cluster to show how much power/regen was available. If it was limited you'd get a warning, and get a basic visual indicator on how much you had to work with due to SoC or temperature...

When you charge to 100%, sure. But what if you get in the car and its at 95%, or 90, and you forget? What is the temperature threshold for regen being limited? There's plenty of unknowns even for experienced drivers.

Because a lot of expierienced EV owners use one pedal driving with the expectation that the vehicle will brake when you remove your foot from the accelerator. Having that regen be unexpectedly absent is jarring and could easily cause an accident under certain conditions.

Definitely possible! But the fact remains that any EV at or near 100% SoC will have no regen. And currently there is no indication for Lucid drivers when regen is disabled or limited due to SoC or temperature or anything else. IMHO it should be a priority to implement this for everyone.

I am a bit confused why the regen warning was listed as only applying to Pure RWD cars.. the rest of us need it too!

There is now a link to remove all charging stops so you can add in your own. The SoC estimate will refresh when you do this, yes.

Can confirm, on an air pure with surreal sound basic. Base sounds a LOT better with this update.

I still get the alerts with these settings, it shouldn't have any effect on that. The only feature missing is the map will no longer auto zoom in when you get close to your destination. (Or auto zoom out when you're on a long stretch of highway)

As I posted in the other thread about this, if you want temporary reprieve go into Waze > Settings > Map Display Map view - Set to 3D only Autozoom - Set to OFF It stopped the bouncing around for me.
