Consumer Reports rating of the Touring in Aug 2023 issue.

Not their cars, but our cars(Lucids).

Consumer Reports rating of the Touring in Aug 2023 issue.

Part of the problem of perception is that there are not enough Lucids to see or test drive. When Tesla first came out with the Model S, they rented a space in my local shopping mall, which attracted a lot of attention and they had test drives in the parking lot for those that showed interest...

Consumer Reports rating of the Touring in Aug 2023 issue.

The problem is that not everybody is as knowledgeable about CR's methods. This article does real harm to those that rely on CR for their purchases as opposed to members of this forum who have done their homework..

Consumer Reports rating of the Touring in Aug 2023 issue.

1st- Lucid gets a poor rating for reliability in my latest Consumer Reports. 2nd- Lucid gets booted out of the Nasdaq 100. 3rd- The CFO of Lucid just resigned. What is going on? All this negative press is not good for the brand going forward.

New to Lucid - 18 month lease GT

I have also found that Pirellis have more tire roar than Michelins. Michelins are a far better tire for all around driving.

Not happy about it as well.

New to Lucid - 18 month lease GT

No sales tax in the state of Oregon is offset by a 10% income tax, so not all gravy here.

    Concerns for Gravity

If and when Lucid comes out with a smaller sedan with the same comfort, acceleration, etc. I will be first on line to order one. The fact that so many Tesla model 3 sedans have sold is testament that there is a desire by many for a smaller sedan. I know a smaller Lucid sedan is years away, but...

    Concerns for Gravity

I don't like SUV's either. Last thing I want is a larger car as well.

    latest update-widget

After the latest update, the art work for the radio station appeared where my Air Logo was on the top left screen near the speedometer. It does not bother me, but my wife complains it distracts her while driving. Is there any way to delete the new artwork and put back the Air Logo for her...

    Touring vs GT

One thing I have always wondered. The GT has the larger battery pack and so has greater horsepower, yet the torque ratings are identical on both the Touring and the GT?

    EV storage maintenance

My only concern is what is if there a number of software updates. Difficult to know how much power they would drain(I suppose the length of time for the update would be a factor).

    EV storage maintenance

Thank you. You confirmed my initial thoughts. Did not see a downside. Will bump up my tire pressure to 48 lbs(21 inch) so as to help prevent any flat spots from occurring.

    EV storage maintenance

This winter we are planning to got to Palm Desert/Scottsdale for 5 weeks. I planned to leave our cars 80% unplugged. (AGT and i4) Even if they lose 50% while we are gone, I don't see the downside. What am I missing here. Nervous if there is a power outage while our cars are plugged, that it...

Windshield wiper system auto function not sensitive

Excellent idea. Now if Lucid would implement it, that would be great. It would also be nice if a Lucid representative would comment on this, as I also find it dangerous taking my eyes off the road to attempt to get the wipers to work correctly., and then being disappointed that the...
