    Intel from Service Tech

I was thinking the same thing. It would be nice to replace the rocker switches with a pressable scroll wheel. Much easier to move and still has the same functionality. I do wish the steering column had a larger range outward, but otherwise I'm super happy with it.

Lucid Air Cockpit really has coolest functional styling

I suspect it will be a dual screen AirPlay, possibly with a new version to be released at wwdc. The lower screen for apps and main control, and upper screen for nav display.

Lucid Air Cockpit really has coolest functional styling

I do wish it remembered settings between drives. It always defaults to the same zoom/orientation.

    Brief post-PPF+Service Update

@martinmeyer @bunnylebowski good point on break-in. Usually I've not found it to materially affect drivers that much (going by measurements) unless they have larger/stiffer surrounds or spiders. I haven't inventoried all the drivers in the car yet but I suspect the lower frequencies may use...

    Brief post-PPF+Service Update

Do +6/+2 if you feel bass is lacking and want vocals/brass to be brighter. Otherwise +3/-2 is pretty good for most everyone. What kind of music do you listen to most of the time? Yes, I'm waiting on 1.2.5 for some audio quality fixes.

Selecting a Level 2 Charger for Home

I have a Grizzl-e smart and so far it has been excellent as an outdoor charger. I've heard great things about the Wallbox as well. Tom over at State of Charge has excellent reviews of home chargers. I'd start there.

Not many Lucid stock enthusiasts but love the car.

I'll probably join with CC's as well. Current price is very attractive, and IV is good but not totally jacked. Excellent time to enter.

    Brief post-PPF+Service Update

I've been messing around with the EQ a lot. Most people will be fine with the original recommendation, and I'm working on a much more in-depth guide on the stereo for release soon.

    Brief post-PPF+Service Update

+6 on bass, flat on mids and +2 on treble. [edit: this is what I currently have set. As @SaratogaLefty pointed out, I originally recommended +2 bass / -2 treble; I'm messing around with the EQ now that I have a car a lot so YMMV] [Edit #2: I’ve now remapped it to +4 bass / -2 treble; less...

    3000 Mile Lucid Air Review

I share your frustrations about being too warm in the car. I tried something recently that was pretty effective - run the front defroster in addition to the other vents, or on its own if the glass is really hot. It ends up cooling me down much faster than when I just cranked the A/C because the...

    Brief post-PPF+Service Update

Yes, I ended up using the EQ. You can definitely lift the lowest octave (30-60hz) up a lot with the trade off of some funky ”boom“ on tracks where midbass regions hit a lot (Fuzz bass, high-BPM EDM tracks, etc). I’m pretty discerning so the lowest hits on songs like My Blood by Twenty One Pilots...

To clarify, they did they service after PPF was done, but still mindblowingly good service. :D

    Brief post-PPF+Service Update

I got my car back from PPF at OCDetailing and some delivery fixes last week. Quick update for anyone interested: OCDetailing I went with Stek Dyno + Ceramic, leaving everything glossy (no matte) Service was great. The PPF is so well done it is practically invisible. Joe & Alex are bit more...

Recommendations for PPF and ceramic installers in Bay Area

Going to +1 OCDetailing. Just picked up my car from there on Tuesday. The team did an excellent job and was fanatically detailed - truly impressive.

Most reliable mode for music listening.

Wireless CarPlay will also work wonders for quality. I've been messing with every single streaming source I can on the car. Will be posting about it soon. @bunnylebowski I may need your help testing this out if you're game. Could get @borski once he's back too.

    Release Version Megathread

I've thought about this a lot lately. Here's the way I'd suggest thinking about the Lucid stereo vs. others: Imagine a room full of framed photos you've purchased. You have poor vision and Costco cheater glasses. You get a lot of enjoyment from them with your current glasses but you always...
