    Chargepoint Home Flex Issue

As a follow-on to this, with the Rev 5 Home Flex, I find that I‘m now able to top up the charge on the Lucid while it stays plugged in whereas with Rev 1, the Home Flex would go into fault mode. This is especially good because it means I can pre-warm the car in the winter without draining the...

Please critique my piece in Barron's

But @bunnylebowski, I’m so confused. Could you please be clearer about how you feel about the article? 🤣 I didn’t realize the article was already published before posting it here and stupidly thought that @blalpert was genuinely looking for feedback prior to publication. That’s just...

    Snow Mode Gone??

Cool! Which video? And have you had it on your Lucid? I live in a part of the country where snow mode would be very useful. Do you know how it works?

Not for long… #riptwitter Great response, @joec. Well written!

Please critique my piece in Barron's

@blalpert : It's a well-written piece but like @GEWC I'm having trouble with this particular sentence, which seems to be overstating the problem. ...owners’ forums feature dozens of reports from people who say the cars drove forward when in reverse gear, or lost all power in the middle of the...

Enthusiast Canceling after the Launch event - in Depth Reasons/discrepancies noted

Could you provide a few links to these studies, especially on preferences to ADAS by demographic? Interesting stuff!

Enthusiast Canceling after the Launch event - in Depth Reasons/discrepancies noted

Unsolicited advice: Before you cancel due to the lack of one feature or another or due to Lucid being unclear about one thing or another… drive the car. The Lucid is a driver’s car. You are meant to drive it and not the other way around. All the deficiencies in software and features are more...

    Floor mats!

Nope. Shipping delays. However, they were seen in the Lucid studio at the event last night by @hydbob. However, he didn’t steal them like I asked him to.

    21” all season tires

For winter, you really want to consider 19" tires. Where are you located?

    19" v 21" 0-60 Times

I've driven in sprint on 19"s on rollers in Vermont, and there's no issue. However, I haven't tried twisty roads with them, as I don't trust the lateral grip of the 19s enough to subject them to sprint mode. I usually do twisties in swift mode and just suffer the indignities of only have 600 HP...

    BMW iX: A reasonable substitute?

Wow, it's been a long while since I wrote that about the iX vs. the AGT. I'm overall happy with the AGT and after seeing an iX in real life this weekend, I'm also overall happy I avoided buying one.

    BMW iX: A reasonable substitute?

Also, if you buy an iX, is that the face you make every time you look at it?

    19" v 21" 0-60 Times

I've launched on the 19s and didn't get a screech. But seeing as I want to keep the tires, it's not something I'd want to do too often.

    EZ Pass Placement

Thanks, @martinmeyer! I just received the items and mounted it. It's black on black, so I can't even get a decent picture. And it looks like it's part of the back of the unit. My OCD is satisfied.

    BMW iX: A reasonable substitute?

I finally saw an iX in the wild this weekend as well as an i4. (The Auburn Electrify America is like a watering hole on the Serengeti.) The BMW iX in real life looks far worse than I imagined. Like, laughably bad. For a company known for some of the most beautiful cars ever, it’s embarrassing.
