Stupid EA... The only bad deal with Lucid Motors.

I used Plugshare and ABRP combination to plan my stops for charging. Also used the Electrify America app to make sure the information in all three matches. Plugshare is reliable for sure but no harm in cross verifying the information.

I agree they do a great job. Tesla dropped keys of Model X in my hand and walked away ... I sold it in less than 6 weeks for my AGT 😀

App has few features like Tesla i.e. view GPS location, start cabin temp prep, start stop charging, open drunk, trunk and Charge port etc. The Sentry Mode is most awaited feature 😀 I'm OK even if they give some access to fewer camera before enabling full sentry mode.

Average is not a suitable matric here. Average will vary based on various factors e.g. your SOC.

I think we need to go to other chargers and pay money for satisfaction and good service. This is LUCIDs failure IMO.

Better not to rely on EA chargers on long trip

I think LUCID should address the issue with car owners in some form. I don't care about who they chose as a partner, but that is extended to us by the LUCID, and blame as well as the responsibility to get this resolved lies on them.

That data LUCID should have got from the logs anyways. I don't think it provides any additional information to LUCID. It's something a way to point the blame or set expectations with drivers.
