Chargepoint Home Flex unit issues maybe solved

I also have the same issue, here is a quick update on this year long issue. I've been working with LUCID and ChargePoint for almost a year now. I've a AGT and a Tesla Model 3 charging with same ChargePoint Home Flex. But my charger trips with only LUCID. I tried to recreate the issue with...

Tips needed - Planning 1500 Miles round trip

I used Plugshare and ABRP combination to plan my stops for charging. Also used the Electrify America app to make sure the information in all three matches. Plugshare is reliable for sure but no harm in cross verifying the information.

Ordering and Delivery: Lucid Air Pure

I agree they do a great job. Tesla dropped keys of Model X in my hand and walked away ... I sold it in less than 6 weeks for my AGT 😀

Ordering and Delivery: Lucid Air Pure

App has few features like Tesla i.e. view GPS location, start cabin temp prep, start stop charging, open drunk, trunk and Charge port etc. The Sentry Mode is most awaited feature 😀 I'm OK even if they give some access to fewer camera before enabling full sentry mode.

    Chargepoint Home Flex Issue

This is big BS in bold and italics. I've the same problem but I also have a Tesla that I charge with it. This device never does that with Tesla but when connected to Lucid this problem occurs. This is an issue between LUCID and ChargePoint handshake mechanism while finishing the charge. I can...

[Edmunds] TESTED: 2022 Lucid Air Grand Touring Misses EPA Range by Nearly 80 Miles

I agree, on my long road trip recently, right after charging on the way I experimented with some controlled driving for about 100+ miles and hit 4.1 kWh. My car was at full capacity inside (3 adults and a teenager) as well in frunk and boot (1 large, 3 small suitcases, and 3 bags). Outside...

Tire blow out and jack point

Did you buy within 30 days of buying the car or after that period? Discount tire website suggests to buy with tire or with in 30 days.

    My first EA charging experience

Good to hear positive story. I'll be testing multi state spread of EA network next week and planning to report back here. Looks like consistency in EA experience depends on where you are. Longer drives takes you to relatively remote areas and experience could be different. Keeping fingers...

It should be shared profile IMO.

"Charging power limited by station" explained by CS

Average is not a suitable matric here. Average will vary based on various factors e.g. your SOC.

"Charging power limited by station" explained by CS

I think we need to go to other chargers and pay money for satisfaction and good service. This is LUCIDs failure IMO.

Better not to rely on EA chargers on long trip

"Charging power limited by station" explained by CS

I think LUCID should address the issue with car owners in some form. I don't care about who they chose as a partner, but that is extended to us by the LUCID, and blame as well as the responsibility to get this resolved lies on them.

EA: New "Charge Speed Requested by Your Vehicle"

That data LUCID should have got from the logs anyways. I don't think it provides any additional information to LUCID. It's something a way to point the blame or set expectations with drivers.
