    Lucid has no dealer system in any state It's confusing but you likely meant a store/showroom PA has a store/showroom but you can't buy from them, you have to talk to someone in CA and get papers done with them

    yes it's dependent on how much influence the NADA has on the state on who can sell cars direct without a dealership
