The simple satisfaction of home dryer outlet charging

In Long Beach CA the TOU for 4:00pm-9:00pm is 59 cents per KWH. The rest of the day the cost is 26 cents. I think PG&E in northern CA is even higher, I'd have to look.

The simple satisfaction of home dryer outlet charging

They allowed you to put 10.1KW of solar panels on a house whose maximum draw of 17.6KW (220V * 100A * .8)? Can't do that in PG&E land (aka Northern CA)

    OTA 3.6.4

They do have to apply each update in sequence but that shouldn't be a problem once they kickstart the update for 3.6.3 (which will then allow the update to 3.6.4). @marqie is really good at helping out with this sort of thing.

    Target $0

This is interesting, as IIRC the only reason Tesla was making money in the mid 2010's was because Tesla was able to sell the ICE car makers Tesla's EV credits (they were actually called ZEV and GHG/CAFE credits, the first for California and the later is federal). See...

    Target $0

Nope, still higher. The bankruptcy rumor pushed the stock down to $2.37 so still got a ways to go.

    Target $0

I think they dropped more like $5B on LIV so more than they've dropped on LCID I think.

So does the Nuro equipment attach via the same spots as the roof rack?

Brake System Fault, Automatic Vehicle Hold Fault

I've not driven in 45F or below temps (Iive in a part of California where that doesn't happen much except late at night). Do you know the reason the regen would cease to function at low temperatures?

    Kim Java - Preview Gravity?

They are both in limited areas IIRC. In the bay area I haven't seen Waymo/Zoox outside of San Francisco (although I think they may be making their way down to the south bay and silly valley, I haven't seen either Zoox or Waymo anywhere in the San Francisco East Bay. So they've got a ways to go...

Brake System Fault, Automatic Vehicle Hold Fault

The main times I've seen regen being shut off or reduced is when the battery is at 97+%. I've not seen regen reduced at any other time. YMMV

Anyone up for auto insurance rate comparisons?

In California this is liable to get you into a situation where your house is uninsurable as in many ares insurance companies are refusing to write new policies

    Software wish list

Yeah, I agree with this. Our garage is tight and I walk behind the car with no intention of opening the rear hatch. The waving the foot under the car must be a trigger mechanism as otherwise there will be too many unintended openings.

Cooling adaquate for pets in a 5 seater?

I believe the 3rd row is now tied to the 2nd row cooling and will turn on if you had the 2nd row AC enabled the last time the car was running (the keeping the state between starts I'm positive on, but not sure about the 3rd and 2nd row being tied together, I'll have to check later today when I...

    OTA 3.6.4

Welcome @Arif, if you are using the routing functions in the native Lucid mapping app the car should precondition if the routing gives you charger to stop at along the route. If you are going on a long trip then the mapping will list a charging location for you to stop at based on your current...

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

Gotta say I'm in the other camp. I don't know anyone (directly, I'm not counting folks on this board) who has FSD. Now much of this is probably when the car was purchased and the cost for FSD was a minimum of $10K not the more recent subscription model. I could definitely see uptake being...

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

Actually I don't think that's true. Most Tesla buyers haven't bought FSD (particularly when it was $10K up front). Now that there is just a monthly payment of $100 this may be more palatable to folks, the original payment was over 8 years of the current payments and was all up front so a bit...
