    Spotify Issues?

Annoyingly, the Lucid interface doesn't really "remember" when you toggle Android Auto off in the devices settings. One of a lot of little quirks I hope they fix someday. I'm the meantime, the best I was able to do was to enable developer tools in Android Auto settings on my phone, and from...

2025 Lucid Air Grand Touring - "new" to me

Hasn't stopped me!!! Hit 26k miles already, just 18 months into my 39 mo lease. I may regret it in another 21 months but I love driving it so much I can't help it.

Nice overall USA EV charging status

2 signs popped up while I was driving and the car stopped.

I have experienced this and it was fine. The warning came up and the car continued to move down the highway, it just couldn't accelerate. It gave me plenty of time to slow down and pull over to the shoulder. Once stopped , then it would still move about 2mph (with some grinding noise but it...

    Kim Java - Preview Gravity?

Neither could Tesla at one point, yet they got there. Lucid can too.

    Windshield replacement

All of these windshield posts make me more solidly insistent that I won't get a gravity, until I can get an aluminum roof. I didn't want a glass roof anyway, but y'all have really hammered home how uninterested I am in ever having one.

Is the customer care line currently not working?

FWIW, I just called the customer service line about an hour ago, and someone picked up within 30 seconds of my selecting the menu options for customer service.

Aug 2026 - Air Service Experience Journal

I'm still constantly checking with the local Enterprise - there's 3 'exotics' locations within an hour of me, but they never seem to have anything available that's remotely 'luxury' or premium that isn't a giant, loud, inefficient boat of an SUV, or a little 2-door sports coupe that I barely fit...

Dallas service center opening up in September/October 2026

Dang that would've been super convenient when I was still commuting to an office at the Infomart! Still a million times more convenient than Plano or Houston!

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

If you're answering emails, you aren't supervising FSD and are operating your vehicle in an unsafe manner. Until FSD is legally permitted unsupervised, pull the f*ck over and answer your email stopped in a safe place.

Should I get the lucid home charger or something else?

You might be getting enough charge from the level 1 charger but you're spending more on electricity to do it. The L1 charging is significantly less efficient than even a 28A L2 charger. It would save you money (not a ton mind you, but every little bit helps) to just plug into the 28A charger for...

Trick to Parking in Tight Garages (Without Toggling Settings Every Time)

I think the best takeaway here is that it's fantastic that Lucid gives such great flexibility to configure it however works best for you. For me, that's: Hold: OFF Roll: ON Creep: OFF For others it's various other combinations of those settings. Choose what works best for you.

Vote to bring back old seat belt logo cos new one sucks horribly

Has it though? As far as I'm aware, the law mandates a clear graphic, in a specific location, for a specific amount of time. I don't THINK the law specifies this exact graphic, and I'm pretty sure Lucid could come up with a suitably clear graphic that addresses the legal requirements but...

Air Pure vs Grand Touring in 2026

It might also have to do with wheel size, which the tracker doesn't seem to track. Maybe to many Pure drivers being tracked got the 20/21" wheels?

Air Pure vs Grand Touring in 2026

Um, yes. But over a large enough population across all the models (I don't know if the tracker has enough data to be statistically significant across models), I would think they would start to converge on a "real world" efficiency baseline that is fairly representative across the models.

Trick to Parking in Tight Garages (Without Toggling Settings Every Time)

Or just turn off hold (roll mode) and don't use creep, so you can control the exact speed and timing of moving and braking. Works for me anyway .

Will marketing finally make a turn? Ex Hyundai executive hired by Napoli

No I'm not. The EPA test that Lucid uses, while perfectly legal, is wildly inaccurate for how actual Americans actually drive. Lucid 100% has the legal right to advertise the EPA range they advertise. I'm not arguing that at all. But the reality is, that the majority of people look at the...

Air Pure vs Grand Touring in 2026

Interestingly, the Lucid Tracker stats show the Touring with higher overall efficiency as well, which I find surprising, of the numbers are relatively representative.
