Because the OP didn't see the warning and pulled out anyway. If the car didn't stop, he would likely be looking at big bucks repair. The only other option i see is to restrict speed to 5mph or so instead of stopping.

Update: I talked to the service center this afternoon. They have looked at it and verify that there is a big leak. It is a problem that they have never seen before, going so far as to get engineering involved, who describe it as 'complex' and unique to my car. Bottom line... they are replacing...

Instructions say to use a stiff bristle garage broom and simply sweep it away. It takes a little effort to break up the hard residue into powder, but that's what I did and all the oil spots are pretty well gone. A bit of white residue left, but I'm sure over time that will wear away.

I hope you are right. As bad as it is leaking, it should be easy to find. Hopefully something simple... 🤞

My 3 day old Gravity with 247 miles on it is seriously leaking ATF from the front motor. It was towed to service last week, and they still have not looked at it. The Service Advisor claims that they have not seen this problem before, but yesterday a post was made on the Air side of this forum...

At least you got some miles on your cars. At 247 miles, three days after taking delivery, I had quite the mess under my Gravity. The red fluid is ATF (Automatic transmission fluid) which is what they use as lubricant and coolant. Towed to service center last week, and they still have not looked...

There is no mention of any plan to retrofit existing cars with whatever they develop. Any ideas?

They did the same thing to me when I took delivery last week. I had to call my insurance company and request a couple of changes to satisfy their demands.

I have an old first Gen (2014) Tesla wall charger, 80 amp capable on a 100 amp circuit. I have the dip switches set so the charger thinks it is on a 60 amp breaker. I throttle the car charge rate to 40 amps as that is more than enough to meet my charging needs overnight. I don't beleive in...

The 3 Ford vehicles I had prior to the Gravity all used the 2450 cell for their fobs. It is apparently a popular size for key fob use.

Welp... sad news. After 250 miles and two days, the car has developed a serious oil leak in the front motor. There is red ATF dripping from under the motor. Lucid service is going to tow it tomorrow. They have a 2 week backlog, so it may take a while. (Sigh)

I think IONNA is going to give them a run for their money. I have used one, and everything I hear about them is very positive. All we need is more of them, which they are working on.
