    Gravity w QuikrStuff Bike Rack

Hmm...I haven't had it bottom out anywhere. It sits above the lowest point of the car, so I'm guessing it'd be fine. You could always keep your car at a raised height when in your driveway. I haven't taken mine off since I put it on and will probably keep it on. That said, it is very easy to...

Road trip learnings and *EMERGENCY* charge solution

ha...yeah, but I get it. I'm guessing they get a lot of car campers who aren't in Lucids or well kept vehicles.

Road trip learnings and *EMERGENCY* charge solution

Good tip and I'll add to it: I just did a cross country trip and I mostly stayed at RV Parks with 50 amp hookups. Most of these places cost $60ish/night but if you're saving $40 on a charge, it works out well. However, not all RV Parks are open to car camping & charging. I had a couple that...

Lucid Gravity UX 3.6 is here!

"Speed limit detection remains problematic." Ugh. So annoying. I was secretly hoping they'd get Camp Mode in this rollout. Hope they get it out very soon...like before camp season is over? ;-) Other than that, looks like a good update.

    PET mode vs Camping mode

Creature Comfort works fine for HVAC but yeah, Camp Mode will be welcomed: -Leveling -Power & lights management -Better HVAC controls to back to vehicle -Live view from inside locked vehicle Fingers crossed. Heard it wasn't going to make it into this new update but I'm hoping that changed...it...

    Incompatible Tesla Chargers

So there is incompatibility due to a couple reasons: The ones mentioned here about the fatter cabled V2 chargers that won't work. However, there are also V3 chargers that Tesla has not opened up to Lucid and are shown as "incompatible." I ran into a few of these in Omaha because I was using...

Waze (AA) and built in Nav at the same time?

One thing to note when roadtripping: I started my cross country trip and switched to Waze. It immediately put me on a route that nearly got me out of range of a supercharger. I didn't notice right away and I barely made it to the campsite (where I charged at the RV 50 amp). So I stopped using...

Waze (AA) and built in Nav at the same time?

Only one at a time. Makes sense...imagine different routes being shouted at you from two places. lol That said, I'm pretty sure if you start Waze but then go to Lucid's nav, the audible alerts will still be announced from Waze. (Maybe someone can double check this...my car is at SC so can't...

Efficiency meter and navigation SOC demystified

Wind and driving speed are the big 2, I've found. I have a few things on my roof (2 awnings, cargo bag) but traveling across Nebraska at 85mph (speed limit is 80 there) with headwinds I was getting terrible dynamic range...like 1.8. It drove me crazy as I was barely making it to places with...

    Gravity accessories slowly appearing

Hmm...not really. A mattress goes right across that valley...if you use it for storage, putting stuff in there will support it even more. I've noted before that various gear like a Dometic Water jug is the perfect size to put in there. I just did around 30 days on the road car camping...part 2...

Far from the mothership ... a cautionary tale

That does seem like a long time but glad you don't have to wait for a specialized part to be made to fix it.

    Gravity 3.5.1

I'm pretty sure it is going to always start up in Smooth...so they can advertise key-up EPA ratings. People had same complaints with Rivian but it is what it is. Not sure about the other as I've never taken mine out of "hold."

Far from the mothership ... a cautionary tale

They have mine right now for the "Will not charge" issue. I've only seen a few cases listed on here, FB and Reddit and SC guys said it's pretty rare. It sucks because the issue is just a crimped or disconnected ethernet cable, but it's in a hard to fix area so it's about 2 days to disassemble...

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

Interesting. I hope that's the case and that I don't actually have an issue other than the false warning. Keeping fingers crossed it doesn't come back...just talked w Lucid Tech and he had no idea what would cause this.

    New Bugs Since 3.5.1

Okay, this one is odd: Came out today after home charging to 80% and unplugged, and car gave message "Charging unvailable. Charging system error, contact Customer care." Seeing that I'm leaving on a 6 week car camping trip Monday, um, not great. I tried resetting and plugging back in (it didn't...

    Gravity Crossbars

Yes, from what others told me, the older versions did not have the track across the middle whereas the new ones do.

What's your wish list for Lucid Gravity

    1. Camp Mode (Waited for this one so I sure hope they get it right: Auto-leveling, headlights always off, 12v power always on, Live View from within car, HVAC to back of car mostly That's it for me other than continuing to refine everything and moving forward on promised features...

Gravity-Adding Crossbars and then Shower Tent/Awning

Just wanted to add: Both of these awnings require a pretty tall mount point. I LOVE that when I put car in HIGHEST it hangs perfectly for both. (I don't know about others, but I adjust the car height all the time...love that feature.) I also put the big awning on a Croc Hinge so it lays flat...

Gravity-Adding Crossbars and then Shower Tent/Awning

In case anyone is interested, here is a near final layout of my Yakima LockNLoad rack with a Joolca Mounted Single Ensuite and a Taruca Rogue 6ft awning. The only thing I have left is to put the Cargo bag between them on the rack, fill it up and tie it down. Then, ready to roll. Cross country...

    Gravity 3.5.1

Correct. The reset will only work if you manually lower the windows down by pushing 1/2 way. I also confirmed this with my mobile tech after doing it. I'm guessing that the reset adjusts various settings: speed, sensitivity for safety, maybe how much it rolls down when door opens/closes.
