    Embarrassed Lucid praise moment

It works SOME of the time. Sometimes, it takes multiple pushes and many seconds to elicit a response. This kind of lock/unlock anomaly doesn't happen on other cars I own. My AGT, my Rivian R1S, and my Honda Clarity are all parked in the same garage. When I enter the garage, R1S and the Honda...

    My Service Experience with Lucid

Napoli's recent shuffle replaced and (perhaps) elevated the customer-facing executives. I know that was only 3 weeks ago. But some of the things customers are complaining can be fixed quickly. For example, how difficult is it to staff the phone line, answer the calls, log and prioritize the...

    Embarrassed Lucid praise moment

Sad, but true! It happens to me every single day! Is Lucid a great DRIVING CAR? YES! Would I buy another Lucid given my experience? NO! It gets REALLY OLD when you have to struggle to get into your car every single day! Lucid needs to focus on the FUNDAMENTALS!

2027 Genesis GV90 Leaked Ahead of Debut with 310-Mile Range and Coach Door Model

I DO think Lucid has good efficiency. That said, don't compare Lucid's claimed range based on extrapolated EPA ratings vs real-life 70-75mph tests. Lucid's efficiency is "good", but not as good as they imply based on EPA ratings. If you search on this forum, the generally realized Lucid Air's...

    No response from Customer service

Doesn't "Mailbox Full" sends a message by itself?

    Sales Dept Unresponsive This Week

A lot of the missteps were pre-Napoli. But you can only say that for so long. If Lucid were to survive under Napoli, things better happen soon!

    Sales Dept Unresponsive This Week

Sad,and true! Lucid really needs to beef up its customer-facing resources (sales, services, leases). The status quo is a path tono-where!

Gravity efficiency is low for me

I am "out West"! While I grew up on the "East Coast", I lived in Oregon, California, and Arizona for the past 46 years! Yes, the distance in the US WEST is further than on the East Coast. But 250 miles is still reasonable range unless you are in Montana or Wyoming.

Gravity efficiency is low for me

Not disagreeing with your points. Abstracting your points; > if human physiology is the limiting factor, a 3hr span@70-75mph, or 250mile range with fast charging would-be optimal, correct?! > yet, EV manufactures are angling for 350+ miles range and manipulating EPA methodology and data to...

Not sure if I understand your point?!

Gravity efficiency is low for me

I agree Gravity should be better than the Rivian R1S/R1T. That said, most of the Gravity numbers I saw were coming in around 2.8 to3.0. That is 15-20% better than the Rivian. But is still short of Gravity's claims. Meanwhile, OoS and others are saying the R2S is short of its claims (barely...

    Will not charge at home

I got my Lucid AGT in October 2020. In the ensuing couple of weeks after I took delivery of the car, I experienced the same problem you described above with your Gravity. To make a long story short, the problem was with the "WunderBox". Finally, Lucid replaced the Wunderbox and they also...

Car locked with child inside and would not unlock

The door lock issue plagued my 2022 AGT from day 1 to this day. It comes and goes but never fixed with any of the SW updates. Like you, this is (sadly) a disqualifying issue for me!

    Layman perception

And near-perfect SW at lunch! The mid section market won't put up with the kind of SW shenanigans at launch!

Yeah, roofers are pros when it comes to leaks! ;)

Gravity efficiency is low for me

Have you tried driving your R1S in "conserve" mode? My experience with my R1S is, it can gain ~0.25 to 0.3 in efficiency. As you know, the R1S has several different instantiations (vis-a-vis, Quad, Tri, etc.) so the exact topology of the drive train under "Conserve" differ. Nevertheless...

Gravity efficiency is low for me

We should be clear what "mountain travel" means. If it means going up a mountain of several thousand feet elevation, you WILL realize a lower efficiency. If it means going DOWN a mountain several thousand feet, your mi/kWh will be noticeably better. If it means driving around in the...

Car locked with child inside and would not unlock

Well, I've said it before in this forum, Lucid needs to treat the door lock/unlock issues as a safety concern, not as a mere "inconvenience".
