Mobile guy came out and added felt strips to the steering wheel. Needless to say it didn’t work so they’re coming out again in a few weeks.

While examining the car under a bright light, I discovered a very odd groove (almost looks like a dent but it’s not one) in the trim. It’s not on the driver side—only passenger side. I’ve contacted service about it but I’m curious to see if anyone else has seen this issue with their trim?
