    Utah Lucid Owners

Well, the winter wheel and tire package is out on Lucid's web site. I am working through Lucid Service (206-312-1040). I am ordering from Corporate and having the tires and wheels delivered to SLC mobile service. They will either schedule me to come to SLC or they will change at my home in...

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

I had the same question in the past and did post a pic. Look it up or I can post it here. I also gave a little review.

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

It did not fix it. Was 43 today and we all know the AC is cold - quit showing off Lucid. I don't know if it is just me but I am starting to find excuses just to take it out on a drive. Wife know if I enter 'Sprint' it will be a sports car experience. That is the beauty of the Lucid Gravity...

    Dynamic Efficiency

I would wait for 2,000 miles to start really looking at efficiency. My Gravity was running around 2.42 to 2.65 for most of the 2,000 miles. I ended up getting it down to 2.26 or something like that while taking some spirited drives around Oakland Hills and Crow Canyon Road while visiting in bay...

    Dynamic Efficiency

Huge laughter from Utah! On my two trips, reminding everyone, speed limit most of the way was 80 mph (was doing 83-90), I was pulling down 2.42 to 2.65. Speed is the single most factor IMHO for efficiency. From the bay area (Alamo, CA) to Lake Tahoe/Reno area, I noted 2.72 - but, I did encounter...

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

This was one battery that was 'dead' while traveling to California on the road. I saved the battery. Once I got back fro mtwo weeks of vacation (driving to a from UT to CA 2 round trips), I changed out the replaced battery with the old original battery that came with the vehicle. I have been...

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

I did some experimenting this weekend with the car, the wife, and a key fob and battery. Here are the results: 1. My profile, 'adaptive cruise' works just fine. 'Driver Assist' does not 2. Wife's profile, 'adaptive cruise' works just fine. 'Driver Assist' does not - result: not a corrupt...

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

Just tested today. Now, adaptive cruise is working. Drive assist is still not engaging.

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

I already tried that as well - not working. I am hoping it is just my profile and wife's profile will work better tomorrow from our drive to Salt Lake City tomorrow for groceries.

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

Honestly and YMMV and all that... Going to 3.3.5 or 3.3.8 and getting the key fob updated is the fix for the 'entry,' 'start,' and 'locking' process. Sometimes you need to shake the fob to wake it (or more drastically change the battery when chirping) - all good. I have been experimenting with a...

Ok, now I am very intrigued as you have been in IT for over 30 years AND a cryptologist. This is also me. Retired at Cisco Systems, CCIE #2901, and getting promoted to the encryption lead at a large non-traditional VAR. I want details. lol

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

There is an entire large rabbit hole that is forming around cyber in general with encryption. For anything that has a computer and software, look into NIST SP 800-208.

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

Well... Feedback on 3.3.8. Errors are VERY rare now - these are the first in two weeks. However, today I did get no rear steering as well as sensor blocked - all 'not' errors and cleared once it took a nap. Otherwise, key entry is working quite well even with a low battery. Rarely, I need to...

    Drive Assist Never Available?

yeah, I have the same issue when I updated to 3.3.8. I have no drive assist and adaptive cruise. The setting options to configure look good (same as with 3.3.5, I try to engage at speed, no error, no love. Drive assist and adaptive cruise worked awesome with 3.3.5 and for my two trips to CA.

    Gravity Tire Wishes

I am mainly interested in an aftermarket wheel that can be a 20"/21" that will serve the foundation for some tires of my choosing. Worst case scenario is just buying the Michelin CrossClimate2 and install on my current wheels. Choices.... We have been told this winter will be early and heavy...

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

Agree with you the screens come on way faster now. I drove from Park City to Salt Lake City, UT today and back - the 'green goblin' was glitch free the entire trip. No issues with the fob, screens, errors, etc. Even Tidal and HERE was perfect (it normally is). I have 3.3.8, key fob update from...

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

I installed an 'old dead' battery into the fob. Worked perfectly and did not chirp. The one I was running started to chirp. Your fob chirping is identification the battery is running low. As far as I know.
