    Plugin refrigerator recommendation

I just order the BougeRV 21qt with battery (CRH20, $369 on Amazon). It's a more portable design, with a handle. Might be too tall for the frunk but that's fine because I don't plan to put it there. I wanted something inside the car for road trips, and this will fit perfectly on the 2nd row...

Ionna tops for User Satisfaction. Tesla #4

I wouldn't so much mind the discount if it were like one of those gas loyalty discounts at the grocery store (10 cents off). That's like 3%. I'd be fine forgoing a 3% discount to keep P&C. But the Tesla and EA membership discounts are a whopping 25% (approx). That's hard to pass up. And of...

    Feature request on Gravity?

Walkaway lock CHIRP! (Especially since fob dependability is always in doubt.)

Ionna tops for User Satisfaction. Tesla #4

2 reasons I prioritize SCs lower... Lower power (500v), and still so many V2s that are useless to us. Without those negatives, I'd rate SCs way higher (just below Ionna). There's also the issue of the membership discount, which seems like a positive but really end up being a negative overall...

Ionna tops for User Satisfaction. Tesla #4

It works. I tried it last week. I only got 3kw though. I doubt that had anything to do with the adapters but not 100% sure.

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

One of the (few) things that I praised the Gravity on for being exceptionally dependable was the wireless Android Auto connection. It was working perfectly every single drive, since AA was supported. . Well, that changed 3-4 days ago. Suddenly it's going through periods where it's...

    Does Halo really work?

I got an "impact" notice on my phone yesterday while the car was parking in a parking garage, but checked all around and didn't see anything. Event recording didn't record it, although maybe I didn't have it enabled (if that's even what it does?). I did look and found 4 recordings from the...

Costco with AE charging station $0.61/kWhr

Oh yeah, it's definitely not as dependable as gas stations. Almost no DCFC is, although Ionna has gotten pretty close (their chargers and card readers have been dependable for us but we've only used Ionna 4 times so far). DCFC is still in it's first decade, while gas stations have evolved and...

    Sneak peek at Gravity 3.6.4

I'm prone to headaches too, but so far the Xpel has caused no problems for me, and has no impact on the HUD. I've got my HUD dialed in pretty well now where it's right on the edge (bright enough but if I raise my head an inch it starts to fade out). My Xpel has just slight waviness to it, only...

Costco with AE charging station $0.61/kWhr

That's some pretty bad luck. EA is still not as dependable as SCs or Ionna, but it's improved greatly. I'd say I'm running about 80-90% on first attempts now. I guess after 6 years of dealing with EA, moving over to the next one was just so common that I don't even think much about it anymore...

Costco with AE charging station $0.61/kWhr

Yep, these chargers are owned by Costco, not EA, so Costco sets the rates (and gets any revenue generated), so the EA membership doesn't apply. Agree that some cheaper low power chargers would be a better fit for this type of application.

Costco with AE charging station $0.61/kWhr

The EA price with subscription is usually in the $0.40's too. And it's a cheaper subscription than Tesla's. The one that's really high is usually Pilot Flying J. Typically around $0.70. 🥺

Costco with AE charging station $0.61/kWhr

Exactly. The average gas pump can do 20 sales per hour when busy (and Costco gas stations usually are). That's a revenue capacity of around $600/hr. The average DCFC can do about 2 sales per hour. 1/10th the revenue capacity per unit. And as you say, unlike gas, most customers refuel their EV...

    * SOME stores, lest anyone think all Costcos will now have chargers.

    Sneak peek at Gravity 3.6.4

The last one also started being reported received by some here on a Thursday, and I got it the following Monday night, so I'm guessing this will be similar. (Not counting when Kyle tweeted about it, as I assume he got special treatment.)

    Sneak peek at Gravity 3.6.4

Could be that too, but they also keep trying to apply fob "improvements" (fixes), which is basically acknowledging there's still problems. Release notes per Kyle's post (although I'd be curious to see if there's more than just what's on that screen)...

    Sneak peek at Gravity 3.6.4

Haven't gotten it yet. Didn't even know it was out till I saw this thread. 😄 I Googled it and it listed fob fix (yet again). The number of fob fix attempts is getting almost comical at this point.

    Monterey Car Week Trip

That's the #1 reason I got a Gravity. 80% of our miles are road trips (2000+ miles each, 6-7 a year). It's the closest to an ICE road trip experience you can get in an EV, with the long range and fast charging. Denver-Vegas (785 miles) was 2 gas stops in ICE. It's 3 DCFCs in the Gravity...
