LCHCS log download timing out, SSH credentials?

The charger, not the car itself.

    Software Version 2.8.7

Update: it took SEVERAL days...but HFDA is back again. To be clear, it wasn't saying "HFDA/DA is not available..." when attempting to long toggle into it...it simply wasn't there. AC was the only option, period. I gingerly tried it out on hwy 287 in north Jersey last night and it said it was...

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

I am not in the market for Gravity, the Air meets my needs, so I have no dog in the fight....but as I was debugging my home charging issues (the same slowdown from 18-19kw to 8kw that a lot of ppl are experiencing with the home charger and the Air), I found myself thinking about all the threads...

LCHCS log download timing out, SSH credentials?

Apologies, my posts were aimed fairly and squarely at those with technical backgrounds. Here's a summary that should help. The LCHCS is a small computer running Linux. It has a web server and some supporting scripts which provide the web interface that you see, containing the serial number...

LCHCS log download timing out, SSH credentials?

Failing that, can anyone who DOES have a a working web interface go to the maintenance page, press F12 in their browser, go to the Network tab, then refresh the page? You'll see 'compresslog.cgi' as one of the requests. Wait for it to go from "(pending)" to being complete, then click on it and...

LCHCS log download timing out, SSH credentials?

@borski if your LCHCS web interface is working 100%, can you go into browser dev tools and check what is returned by the compresslog.cgi fetch? I suspect it's the filename of the compressed log. I'm trying to determine the format of that path, and to see if it's static or dynamic. If it's...

    Software Version 2.8.7

That's why it was less time that many of the reports here. It's not the Pure vs Touring vs GT, it's DDPro vs Premium.

Has anyone ordered the Lucid Connected Home Charging Station recently? How long did it take to receive it?

There are always a few for sale (usually from people who purchased with referral points), that's better value for money. One reason they're so expensive is that they support up to 80A charging whereas most other chargers are capped at 40A. Doesn't matter for overnight charging...matters a great...

LCHCS log download timing out, SSH credentials?

My LCHCS web interface works fine, I have it connected to my 2.4GHz wifi (not the 5Ghz wifi). I can see the serial number, limited charging stats, and even use the ping tool. What I CANNOT do, though, is download the logs. I'm using the devtools in the browser and it appears that when you first...

    Software Version 2.8.7

DA and HFDA are completely absent for me (on roads where they were previously available) since the update. Anyone else? While in adaptive cruise, the lane markings around me seemed to be misaligned with where I was within the lane. They'd jump back and forth between centered, and me apparently...

    Software Version 2.8.7

'22 GT here without the chip. I'm not sure how long mine actually took because I started the update remotely from the app at 10pm last night, watched it a few times (it did sit at 9% for quite a while then hung on 14% from that point onwards, after which I stopped checking), then went to sleep...

    A pillar blind spot concerns

The adjustment I've made for the blind spots are to wait longer for potential crossing traffic at T-intersections. I either check multiple times to allow for a car to move through the blind spot, or if it's a single check, I made it a longer than usual check. It's saved the day a couple of times.

    Software Version 2.8.7

I apologize, I misread your message in a hurry. I see now that you were saying you were only at 14% after 2 hours. I see your concern, then, and the follow up that progress moved quickly after that and the total time was actually 2:15'ish. I don't know what the reason for the variation was on...

    Software Version 2.8.7

I haven't looked closely at all the reports, but I suspect it's a DDPro vs Premium distinction.

    Software Version 2.8.7

2 things: 1) by the time you see the upgrade option, it's already downloaded. This is why the quoted installation time is the same for everyone (within a given configuration of vehicle in terms of DDPro vs DD Premium, etc) regardless of wifi or LTE for data. 2) "Glad you don't have to drive...

Connected Home Charger - Speed Decreasing on 100A Circuit

I don't imagine it will help. There is mounting evidence that it's a vehicle-specific issue.

Connected Home Charger - Speed Decreasing on 100A Circuit

In case this is useful for anyone from Lucid, here is data from today's charging session courtesy of TeslaLogger. Power [kW] is in yellow at the bottom, you can see the 18-19 rate dropping to 8, then back up, then dropping to 1 (when I tried the mobile charger briefly per Customer Care's...
