3rd row 'noise' over speed bumps

I have same issue. Not all the time but definitely if you hit speed bump above 5mph.

Gravity GT sold on C&B today

Only if fully loaded. This one appears to only have a couple options, so probably closer to $100k new.

    Lucid Cosmos Specifications

I highly doubt that Cosmos will be anywhere near 400 mile range. It would cost too much. They are more interested in competing with Model Y and R2 and so they need to keep price in the sub $60K range and have mileage in similar range (maybe slight improvement) as those cars and counter with...

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

All Gravity from beginning have had the Orin processor which is what the Mercedes was using for Demo and Lucid has already stated that all existing Gravity with DDP will get the NVIDIA ADAS by end of year (which in Lucid speak means sometime in early 2027 if we are lucky.). The biggest thing I...

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

The upcoming NVIDIA ADAS coming to Lucid by end of year (or more likely early next year) will be in both Gravity and Cosmos and initially be very similar to the current Tesla FSD with point to point, hands off, eyes on, etc. Level 4 (hands off, eyes off) is planned for only Cosmos (as it will...

Bricked - no one picks up support phone

I think the concern is more about what you might run into when out of warranty.

Finally got my 2027 Gravity GT

Alleviate to some extent but realistically, I would only expect repair times to drop from 3-4 weeks currently, down to maybe 1-2 weeks. If the pending Cosmos sells anywhere near the volume that Lucid hopes, it will add an additional load on SCs that could potentially overload new and old SCs...

Finally got my 2027 Gravity GT

Welcome to Lucid ownership from another Houston GGT owner here. Hopefully your Gravity remains trouble free for a good while since you will be using the Houston SC for any repairs, which is proving to be the most understaffed in the country, with 3-4 week repair times typical.

    Is service overwhelmed?

I noticed that with recent attention on all of the service issues, that our old favorite complaints of software and fob issues are down. Is that due to software and fob improving or that so many of those cars are now stuck in service? 🤣

Bricked - no one picks up support phone

I have called HQ customer service a couple of times and even they can’t get through to Houston SC via phone. Only thing that works is to hellraise and have them elevate via HQ management to Houston SC.

Bricked - no one picks up support phone

I just got back from Houston SC picking up my GGT that had been there for 3 1/2 weeks. I think that the only reason it got moved in for service yesterday was that I called HQ Customer Service and threatened Lemon Law suit due to my car being in for same issue twice and now at 50 days in service...

Bricked - no one picks up support phone

Lucid cars may be wonderful to drive WHEN they are working. But if something goes wrong, they are the worst car to be in on the planet. Customer Service, Roadside Assistance and particularly Service Center repair work can be exceedingly hard to reach, and take forever for work to be done...

Lucid Gravity UX 3.6 is here!

One big advantage of proposed upcoming FSD like DDP at end of year is that DDP would then know where you are going and that an exit is coming up and position the car in the appropriate lane for that exit.

Lucid Gravity UX 3.6 is here!

I also agree on the need for quick switch between auto lane change and assisted lane change. Most of my day to day driving is get on highway and stay for only 3-6 exits and then exit. I-10 here has 5 main lanes and DDP wants to get to the left lanes pretty soon. I usually prefer to stay in...

    Is service overwhelmed?

Yes, I recognize that there are a few SC’s that are in good shape. But there are also quite a few that are in very bad shape - Houston.

    Is service overwhelmed?

We all agree that building new service centers and staffing them can’t be done overnight. But what can be done overnight is hire one extra front office staff person for search SC to first of all ANSWER the F—ING PHONE. Then they can also manage a more customer friendly wait list. If your car...

    Is service overwhelmed?

I have a sister that is in the market for a new SUV. She had asked me about my Gravity and I told her she did not have the patience for Lucid ownership at this time. She also lives about 80 miles from Houston SC. I told her to go buy a new BMW X5. It is Consumer Reports top luxury SUV...

    Is service overwhelmed?

Lucid is currently totally focused on selling more and more cars because increasing those numbers keeps Wall Street placated. They have zero focus on service. When I leased my Gravity back in December, I knew it was a new manufacture with high tech that could have repair issues. I accepted...

WINDSHIELD REFLECTIONS ( Dash & HUD)

Have only seen blue oval a few times. Typically when I lean over to change something on infotainment (so I am crouching down) and the sun is at right angle. Never been a constant annoyance.

    Lucid Owner Session

I do a daily wellness check via the app hoping to see that it has been pulled in for service. In three weeks, the battery has dropped from 66% to 60% SOC. Probably due to the daily internal temps of 128-132.
