This was a nice surprise on the way up to the in-laws... it cost a total of $7.93 for about 40% charge top-up.

This is one of my biggest annoyances. The app sends alerts when the vehicle is left unlocked and I then lock it remotely, but the fact that you can't set it to lock when the last door is closed (or just always lock) is really annoying.

That definitely sounds like a "contact service" issue.
