If I am not mistaken, LucidTracker is giving what percentage of the fleet has been updated--not your individual car. 2.8.4 was pushed to some folks, but then Lucid cancelled further delivery of it due to some kind of problems. Thus the annotation of 2/3 download/Cancelled.

I don't know your specific EVSE settings, but I suspect that yours is set to a 40A breaker size. The EVSE then applies the 80% de-rate. Set the EVSE to the breaker size and you should be good to go.
