    Camera lag and CCCv2 question

I have none of the lags and fails mentioned herein, and I'm on CCCv1. - 2024 Air Pure AWD with DDP & SSP I will eventually get CCCv?, but only when I need it to get some feature or fix that I really want, and can't otherwise get. As for UX 3... For the first time, I'll be holding back on...

    Air Version 2.9.0

The number of downloads per hour/day will also significantly decrease as the download mix transitions from wi-fi based to LTE based.

    Air Version 2.9.0

I can pretty much echo everything you said RE my Pixel 9. Flawless auto close, and pretty good auto open. It has never failed for more than maybe 40 seconds. The only true frustration is when I go to a store or restaurant for a while. Upon returning, the car seems reluctant to open, as if it...

    Air Version 2.9.0

Not to belabor the point, but let me belabor the point... My (possibly incorrect) sense is that Lucid's major release announcements were done more because it suited them for their marketing impact than as a service to the installed base. They would talk about the big features and fixes, but...

    Air Version 2.9.0

I agree 100%. I was just trying to tell the OP that it may be necessary to look for a notice on the availability to download the update, rather than waiting for it to happen automatically.

    Air Version 2.9.0

Have you checked the 'About' tab on the pilot panel 'Settings' list? (The one where you do an Air logo reset.) I'm not sure why, nor whether it's the exception or the rule, but that's where I found an announcement that my car was ready for a wi-fi download. Not INSTALLATION, as is usually...

    Air Version 2.9.0

But, as usual, your reply comes across as in defense of Lucid against what I posted. Please re-read it, and you can even forget the aspirational parts. I'm thanking them for making an announcement that initiates outbound details at launch, talked about qualifying vehicles, said that the launch...

    Air Version 2.9.0

Let's not dilute the praise I've heaped, @borski, nor the call to action. Whatever events may have happened with the 'leak' of 2.9, you know full well that the detailed announcement made by @marqie, and the following email blast, is very much an exception, if not a first, for Lucid. Why...

    Air Version 2.9.0

What a difference it makes when an update is formally announced, it is clear what vehicles are getting it, the deliverables are outlined, and even elements of the roll-out process are given in advance. I see that this also went out as an email blast. The icing on the cake will be if...

    Air Version 2.9.0

Now that 2.9 has the 'Flatbed Transport' button working, I thought I'd look into it. Have you ever checked out Lucid's towing instructions? Unless you happen to be assigned Einstein Towing, with a 100% PhD staff, good luck getting your tow truck driver to read and understand the 'how to tow'...

At least for now, my understanding is that Google Maps is handling destination searching only. Navigation, range, and suggested charging stops continue to be handled by HERE.

    Air Version 2.9.0

If you had your wi-fi off like me, you may have done so because your app would not reliably wake the car when it's turned on. After turning on my wi-fi, I was a bit surprised to find that this is still the case. A few hours after turning on the wi-fi, and having received no notification about...

    Air Version 2.9.0

Except now I blame YOU for teaching me to turn off my car's wi-fi connectivity so my app would wake the car remotely. So much for good deeds! :-)

While I did add more LCID to my Vanguard portfolio, I can confirm that the 6 million one was not mine.

To me, the big test of Silvio's acumen will be how quickly he starts ramping the service centers... Not so much to solve the current service backlog, although that's hugely important, but more importantly to begin demonstrating that Lucid intends to be well-equipped to service mid-size volumes.

Darn! I had my wi-fi turned off, and yes @HC_79 , I DID just run downstairs to turn it on! Hope my turn in the wi-fi priority queue has not already passed me by.

Lucid Q1 Financials and Forward Looking

No. The fact that the stock has moved north of $6.00/share after all of last quarter's missteps, dilution, production, inventory, financials and a recent investor briefing that was IMO questionable. Some decent Gravity figures would help the viability debate a lot, and I am expecting them to...

    RESOLVED “Connect your Lucid ID”

As far as I can tell, nothing more than taking away the notice at the top of the app, but there may be more when 2.9 becomes real. Don't freak out if your first log back in fails. It did for me, but the second try worked.
