True, but they had been very stubborn about this in the past. It was so stupid that I wouldn't be surprise if Lucid didn't manage this change behind the scenes.

I don't have a dog in the fight, but this definitely sounds like something that should be covered under warranty. They were aware of a defect and didn't offer a remedy. Now they want you to pay to repair that defect.

I have an Air, so this may not be relevent, but I find the auto-braking in reverse is very speed dependent. My car does not like me to reverse out of the garage at anything faster than a crawl.
