AGT stops charging at 264 miles

OK now go drive it for a while and then set it to something you've never said it to before, like 82. And charge it.

AGT stops charging at 264 miles

No I mean the charge limit. It looks like he has it set at 80% but it's stopping earlier. Perhaps it needs some fiddling to reset that figure. But your idea of changing the amperage could help too.

AGT stops charging at 264 miles

Try setting your limit to something other than 80, maybe 85 and see what happens.

Gravity - 3.5 and Carplay first impressions

From me the big difference is my service provider. Verizon has a much stronger signal here so I don't get the dropouts on CarPlay that I experience in the native UI. Also, if you have a SiriusXM subscription in another vehicle, you can use the CarPlay app without a separate subscription.

Do you have navigation running on your phone or in the car?

    Air Version 2.8.30

I haven't either. No doubt they fixed some bugs and improved some stuff. I don't think these changes will be apparent to every owner.

This might shed light on why automakers don’t go “all in” with CarPlay / Android Auto

Definitely enlightening articles, but as a consumer I'd like to at least have the choice. Once the Lucid interface catches up, I will gladly switch away. But it will require calendar integration with my phone, navigation integration with my calendar, reliable two way texting, and Apple Music as...

Gravity - 3.5 and Carplay first impressions

While navigating, CarPlay can either show the overall route or the turn by turn. You can switch between them by tapping the screen and then tapping the icon in the very upper right. In some vehicles, including BMW, you can have a second CarPlay view in the dashboard in addition to the standard...

Gravity - 3.5 and Carplay first impressions

Agree. CarPlay can do two views, but unfortunately Lucid has chosen not to implement it. This is also true in Air, where CarPlay was implemented about two years ago.

    Gravity 3.5.1

On BMW, Apple CarPlay actually shows a secondary map in the instrument cluster. Then it shows the next turn in the heads up. This is a very nice implementation. If the overall route is on the main CarPlay screen, it shows the zoomed in turn by turn view on the dashboard. Those can be swapped as...

Gravity - 3.5 and Carplay first impressions

Let's not lump them together, Apple clearly has a setting for that. If set as such, it will not launch wireless CarPlay and only launch if it is plugged in to USB. As far as AA goes, no idea.

We've been asking for that feature in Air for a couple years now. I'm not sure why Lucid is reluctant to offer it.
