Many have also suggested getting the road hazard certificates from Discount Tire.

    $30K Lease for a Car I Can’t Drive — Lucid Ghosted Me

You don't say where you are located. If you are in a city with a decent number of Lucid owners who are members of this forum you might be able to find one who will let you take an hour's drive with him/her and see if the problem replicates. If it does, Lucid must be doing something that you...

    749 miles on single charge!

I wonder what the reverse trip would show driving at the same speeds?

West Coast Customs x Lucid - GTP - Wow!

Great looking pictures. I also used to watch the tv program with West Coast Customs. I would love to see a "before" picture as well.

    Need Mobile Charging Service

While it is not mobile service, there are supposed to be electric vehicle charging stations at the airport. You can probably get a tow from the parking garage to the charging stations if there is no mobile answer.

    10 days and I'm out.

I test drove and considered an I4 but couldn't get past the look of the front end (different folks have different attitudes toward the BMW front ends). I did think it drove well. folks here have compared the two. I don't because IMO they are in very different vehicle classes. The I4 is...

    Tire Issue

Tire stores can shave down the new tire so it will resemble the other tires in terms of wear.

    Upgrades and the Monroney Label

What did the sales documents show? If they show you bought the features and were provided them at no cost (i.e., 100% discount), then you have a good argument. But if the 100% "discount" was to ensure that you were not paying for features you didn't want, and the sales documents show that...

    Car Pool Lane Privilege Ending

Yes. Unfortunately, I see zero chance that Congress will do anything other than charging EVs for using highways at all.

    Gravity 75 mph Range

I believe that BS8899 was also referring to BMW and Audi. They do tend to have their real life efficiency come close to matching the EPA estimates. But it is important to remember that they still don't get the same range as the Lucids.

Lease return excess wear & tear

It is a fact that B of A left the consumer leasing business almost 25 years ago so its arrangement with Lucid is a restart after a long hiatus. So we have essentially a new car company (Lucid) negotiating leasing terms for consumers with a bank that hasn't done that for almost 25 years. It is...

Need help to decide on Audi or Lucid

If you are looking at the RWD Audi it has much less power than the Lucid. The Audi has comparable power if you take the Quatro version but you lose the RWD and the comparable Lucid would be the Touring which, again, has far more power than the Audi. Service wise, Lucid has a service center in...

Lucid Air vs. BMW I4 E40

To some extent you are comparing apples and oranges. The I4 is a compact sized raised sedan and the Lucid Air is a mid sized sedan. Even with the raised issue, I would have expected the I4 to out perform the Lucid in the twisties (smaller, presumably more nimble). The fact that it doesn't is...

Lease return excess wear & tear

The FDCPA is the fair credit reporting act passed during the 1970s because of abusive debt collector practices. It does NOT apply to debts owed to the creditor: "With limited exceptions, the FDCPA applies only to entities that qualify as "debt collectors." The statute's definition of "debt...

I agree. IMO those are the two best colors.

Lease return excess wear & tear

I have gotten very, very tired of corporate doublespeak and phony apologies. People were NOT "inconvenienced", they were overcharged US dollars. From what I have seen on this forum, B of A appears to have been very consistent, not inconsistent, in overcharging for what should be considered...

End of Lease - Final Payment under collections

It makes me wonder: when B of A does that, does it negatively impact on the lessee's credit rating? And he joined in January of 2024 so he is relatively new here. Assuming Lucid is innocent, B of A has really screwed up Lucid's reputation and possibly its future sales.

    $30K Lease for a Car I Can’t Drive — Lucid Ghosted Me

I understand your pain and sympathize with it. But you may be the only person with this problem which does suggest that somehow the problem is not a design or build problem but an interaction between you and the vehicle. If it were me, I would be looking for doctors who love a puzzle and...

Too old to own an EV? Never

I am 80 and I think EVs are at least as easy to drive as ICE vehicles with one possible exception. The push by automakers toward "minimalist" interior design is IMHO awful and has been used most often for EVs rather than ICE vehicles. At least for luxury vehicles, such as Lucids, give us...

Lease return excess wear & tear

This post is right on. There is a reason that so many sellers have been using "influencers" to goose sales; public reactions on social media to products has become a major reason why some brands are beginning to fail and others are prospering. This kind of publicity is not good for Lucid.
