    Ionna rocks

Yeah, took me a while to even find where to look up the locations. And the map is frustrating because I just can't zoom out like I normally do. The map doesn't repopulate. Gotta type in a city. It's under SERVICES, AUTO SERVICES, EV CHARGING AT WALMART.

    Ionna rocks

I've used the Pilot Flying J in Wells NV a few times. Worked great, just expensive. 69c. All of theirs seem to be up in that range, relegating them to backup or "if there's nothing else in the area".

    Starlink Mount

Ah, yes, much easier if just using it when parked. Can pretty much just set it anywhere. If I were camping like that, I might just set it on the roof anyway, then just plug into the outlet and close the liftgate on the cord (I'm doing that now and it doesn't seem to have an issue running the...

    Starlink Mount

Need to be mounted outside on the roof, you mean? That's the only time we use it - during a road trip drive. It won't work from the inside thru the Gravity roof glass. I guess I could just leave it on the roof when we're not on a road trip but I really don't need the Starlink when just...

    Starlink Mount

After scratching the disks and getting a cut in the rubber feet using screwdrivers to pry the magnets loose when taking the dish down, I realized that wasn't gonna work so well. I grabbed a 1x2 board from my garage (about 36" long) and used that for extra leverage to pry the rear 2 magnet feet...

    Ionna rocks

Ionna is based in NC, so that was a lot of their initial rollout. They've only been in operation for a year and a half. Last year was their "get it started and perfected" year; this year started their serious expansion phase. It's actually quite impressive that they're reached over 100...

    Phantom Braking in Reverse

It would be helpful to go back and look at the video to try and figure out what it's seeing to cause the phantom braking.

Is anybody successful in reaching Lucid for Annual Service

They had to on that one though, because they put a hold on Gravity sales. The cat was already out of the bag for Gravity buyers waiting to take delivery, and they were probably getting cancellations right and left as a result. They had to do something to keep from losing all those buyers and...

Is anybody successful in reaching Lucid for Annual Service

Agreed. I suspect the reason that we don't get such an announcement from Lucid is that it would be admitting the problem publicly, which would hurt near-term sales even more. As soon as something comes out on company letterhead, it's official, and the news media picks it up. Lucid admitting...

    FUTURE LUCID SPORTS CAR?

Yeah that's like wishing for a lightweight swimming pool. The laws of physics get in the way, unless you're only planning to tow it to the track to do a couple of 1/4 mile runs before putting it back on the flatbed to get home.

Is anybody successful in reaching Lucid for Annual Service

Yes, service is swamped and it's very hard to get through to them. Especially trying to go through Customer Care. No, I doubt anyone can help get around that because that's just the way it is for everybody right now (except maybe at a few service centers that aren't quite as swamped). Service...

    Nice review of the gravity

It's written across the title page of the video above. The video itself might be fine (I haven't watched yet), it's just plastered on the title page as clickbait.

    Nice review of the gravity

I hate this "Tesla's Nightmare" crap that some people put on these videos like this. I know it's just clickbait, but it's so unprofessional and embarrassing when they have like 20x the sales. 😖

    [email protected] NOT RESPONDING

    That's promising. I didn't get a callback at all a month ago.

Or about whether it's just another short-term blip before another 30% drop the next 4 weeks. 🤡

    [email protected] NOT RESPONDING

Didn't use to be a waste of time though, at least for me. As little as 2-3 months ago I was was getting timely replies, on a few different occasions. That's what's even more frustrating, that it was a great alternative to waiting on hold for half an hour. Now it doesn't seem to matter how...

    Target $0

If that's the case and Lucid isn't throwing a lot of money or resources at it, that's positive. I really haven't followed their partnership deals much. I'd rather they just spend their money and resources on getting the cars and service right.

    Target $0

10-20 years away, yes. But I don't think that requires starting on it now. By then the tech will likely have matured and there will probably be a few best-in-practice that emerge that will become off-the-shelf tech. I don't think we need 20 different automakers all trying to invent their own...

    Target $0

Up until last week, I had not seen more than one in the 9 months since I got mine. And even then I wasn't 100% as it was traveling the opposite direction on the interstate with a wide median thru Kansas. Then near the end of a road trip last week I was charging at EA in Rawlins WY, when...

    Target $0

I'm not a big fan of chasing autonomy vs just working to get the cars right and serviced well, but if this helps Lucid get closer to profitability, fine. At least robotaxis don't use key fobs, so that removes one Lucid pain point. 🤡
