I do not have a answer (someone will) but for the sake of extending the life of the battery I always charge at the minimum rate that gets me back up to 80% overnight, which is often that low. Yes, you should fix that but meanwhile that is a somewhat usable number.

Not true: Comma does not do Autolane, just lane change assist. The former requires cameras to detect clear lanes.
