WAIT! Is there a carpet shortage again?! Is this why the Gravity is delayed? lol Peter mentioned in one of his interviews that the Air was delayed because of an issue with sourcing carpet and they couldn’t deliver vehicles without carpet.

I think it’s the latter, they’re most probably calibrating the DD system using a roof-mounted third-party system designed for that, this is not the first I’ve seen this, I think someone took a similar picture of the Air with the same thing on top. I highly doubt it’s for “pre-mapping” highways...

Haha, no you’re right, we were going down hill, and had to make a pit stop, but the other side was the mountain side with no emergency lane, so that’s the only option 😅

I had this happen to me once after updating to 2.6.0, I was waiting in line to pick up my kids from school, and a lot of kids were walking near my Lucid while my gear was in (Drive), which drove the parking sensors crazy, and the parking sensor audio feedback/beeping got stuck for ~5 minutes...

I have a few questions that I hope @marqie can address, or anyone with solid/reliable information can chime in. 1- Since the limit of referrals has been reduced to 4 lately, do cancelled orders count toward the limit? The terms and conditions state the following: The limit will be reached...

Agreed. I did the math and the value of points in the 1099 form is 12% higher than the actual cost of getting the same items from the store. As y’all said, at this rate it’s going to be hard to justify referring people and using the points, unless they drop the points needed to redeem for items...

I agree, this would allow those who REALLY need to fully charge for a long trip to still charge above 85% but they’ll have to pay a premium for it. There is a congestion fee that I found in the Lucid app (attached), but I’ve never encountered at any EA station yet. I think the issue is with...

If I’m not mistaken, this is the first time smaller wheels are spotted in the wild. All previous pictures of pre-production vehicles and the 9 delivered vehicles were with the 22”/23” wheels

Yes, 32 minutes.

I noticed an improved charging curve with my Pure AWD after updating to 2.5.0. Here’s my charging curve at a 150 kW EA station that goes up to 174 kW at low SoC, plugged @ 15% and preconditioned for over 20 minutes. 174 kW from 15% to 25%, then it started to decrease at a constant rate. 160...

Just received my 1099-MISC form from Lucid, and I can confirm it's calculated as explained by @steveairgt

I experienced a weird issue with 2.6.0 this morning. The middle and left screens in the cockpit were black and the car didn’t start when pressing the brake pedal. Logo reset didn’t fix it, but the Mic+X+Brake reset fixed it. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me over my 10+ months of...

Maybe they registered the mobile service Airs as trucks? 🤣
