    Kim Java - Preview Gravity?

While I see your point, this is basically a semantic difference while generally saying the same thing. To me, half-baked tech does INCLUDE software as well as hardware. Stuff being ready in the hardware side but not the software is still a problem and implies just that, half-baked, because once...

    Kim Java - Preview Gravity?

While I completely understand not wanting to give up FSD, I think the hold up with the Gravity has more to do with tech than ADAS. I see a lot of Tesla bashing here and it feels quiet silly comparing a $100k+ luxury SUV to a crossover half its price, because come on, the Lucid SHOULD be better...

2027 Genesis GV90 Leaked Ahead of Debut with 310-Mile Range and Coach Door Model

The R2 is like half the price lol and comparing to the Air...well, Lucid does not have the best record of getting anything near their claims. It is painfully unaerodynamic (definitely not a word). I'd imagine that is likely the issue there.

    On the fence

That is plenty for the R2 ramp and the upcoming GA factory that opens in 2028, which will also be home for the R3, which will sell quite well IMO Unless something goes seriously wrong with the R2 launch, I think they'll be more than okay. To be fair, I'm not too worried about Lucid either yet...

    On the fence

Agreed. My wife has a new Model Y Performance and I get to drive it often. For the money, the material quality, tech and performance are leagues above anything in the segment. Gets the advertised range (even better) too. I am very impressed. I do not have experience with prior FSD but currently...

I think the Saudis will bail them out one last time as I do think they will at least want to see how the Cosmo plays out. If it weren't for them, I'd agree that cause for concern is legitemate at this point.

2027 Genesis GV90 Leaked Ahead of Debut with 310-Mile Range and Coach Door Model

The GT does over 400 miles and just shy of $100k. This is a way better sell IMO

2027 Genesis GV90 Leaked Ahead of Debut with 310-Mile Range and Coach Door Model

I love Genesis as a brand and their interiors are some of the best (if not the best) in the game. But who is this for? Is there a market for a $100k+, 300 mile ish electric SUV from a non-German brand? This has to convince a lot of people, and I'm not sure it get there. Looks are fine but...

    On the fence

Rivian is cranking out R2s which apparently would be profitable from the start. The R1 is still selling quite well (and outselling the Gravity YTD). They have financial partnerships with VW, Amazon and now Uber - with their deal for the R2 worth more than the one with the Gravity. Their...

Is The 2027 Air Announcement Imminent?

Glad they are finally simplifying the lineup. I'm all for choice and we all want it, but this was not helping the company to have so many configurations available. If this Napoli's doing, then keep the good work. Wish more exciting things came, but I'm okay with waiting as long as profitability...

    On the fence

Just because Tesla abandoned their flagships does not mean every other EV company will suffer the same fate. I see the same concern with the R1S in the Rivian forums. The R2 and R3 will be the money makers but abandoning the aspirational flagship is not good for the brand overall. The S and X...

Apple maps to be integrated into Ford EVs navigation

Agreed, I'd take either one over HERE maps, but the days of Google being the default choice are long gone. I'd say it's probably because Google Maps got worse more than the playing field getting better. Apple, Waze and Google are in my good enough category. No one really makes amazing navigation...

    Regret my purchase

The S and X are a lot more expensive than the 3 and Y. The pill is a lot harder to swallow at the price point for the Gravity versus a Model Y. This is a fair point.

Unveil of cosmos or sapphire gravity?

Based on the color, what was said on the last earnings call and what we know so far - this just about confirms the Lucid Gravity Sapphire.

    Layman perception

I do believe a lot of people start with Tesla when looking at EVs, as that this the most known company to the layperson. The Model Y is a good gateway and still presents a strong value for what you get. Most comparable EVs go a few thousand dollars higher, which makes a difference at its price...

    Cosmos prototype

This looks a lot like the Genesis GV60. Most of the renderings are honestly giving me that vibe.

    Layman perception

Interesting perspective, I suppose. I've never leased so the idea of looking for the best deal didn't make sense to me, it was always about the best car. But seeing that almost 1/4 of new car sales are leases, then the article actually makes some sense. I do not think it explains the full...

traded in my air... and got a polestar 3

Thank you for your feedback and best of luck on your new endeavors! How are you liking the Polestar 3 so far? That was my runner up for next vehicle until they were forced to leave the states (hopefully only for the time being, but we shall see).

    Q2 Earnings Call

But also, wouldn't surprise me at all if this is exactly what they did. It is like an entire company with ADHD.

New high performance gravity being revealed this month.Plus the cosmos info

Reception was very positive for the Gravity X and there is a reason that it is still being talked about until this day. It is not about going off road, it is more about the look. The outdoorsie and off-road trims sell very well, hence why every brand and their mothers offer one. Heck, it is the...
