Pilot cockpit retracting itself randonly after UX 3.x update

anyone have this issue? i usually keep the pilot panel stashed. ut since the ui upgrade it just wont stay. it will automatically retract within a few mins. Opened a tech support case but no response yet.

It's a software bug that has been discussed in other threads. Best to just wait for the next bug-fix OTA.
 
It’s not random, it is though apparently a new feature or an old feature recently activated.
Some drivers are less than pleased as you can’t stop it.

i mean its good it retracts when you put in reverse as 360 camera is nicely displayed on it. but once closed it shouldn’t keep coming out. console storage under it is a pain
